Changing area is disgusting
I went to only women swimming on Monday, unfortunately the changing area was too dirty, hair everywhere, the showers were disgusting with mould n some of the drains were blocked, I’ve been to the New High Barnet, there’s no comparison between them regarding the cleanliness.

Excellent facilities
Excellent facilities. I come here mainly for swimming and aqua. Big shout out to Lamia at the front desk who is always going out her way to help. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. We are all happy when we come as we are greeted by Lamia. Please appreciate the good staff here. Well done to barnet copthall

Nena was very polite and excellent care about my first introduction day.
Even though when I need any help or any advice she was very helpful and guidance me right path.

Friendly Environment
I’m very happy with service in Copthall branch . My kids love swimming lessons and teachers are super friendly and professional . Myself using Gym facilities and I love going in the morning with my friend .

Barnet Copthal Leisure Centre is a…
Barnet Copthal Leisure Centre is a great place to stay active , with good facilities and welcoming atmosphere. However, the Hygiene and Cleanliness of the changing rooms, toilets and showers could improved as they sometimes feel a bit neglected. additionally, it would be nice if the Café' offered healthier snack options alongside the coffee. with these improvements the centre could be even better experience for visitors.

I have been member for 12 years. Receptionist are efficient. Specifically Lamia she greets always with smile.management n staff are kind n helpful. Trainers and teachers are trained .

Efficient staff
Since recently joining the leisure centre i have found the staff very helpful and friendly and a special mention goes to Lamia on reception who has efficiently resolved some issues I had.

I've been going to this gym for a while…
I've been going to this gym for a while now and I'm really happy with it. The place is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. One thing I really appreciate is the parking — it's super convenient and there's always space. Great atmosphere overall — highly recommend!

Pricing and charging is not clear
Pricing and charging is not clear. Charging in advance extra yet pushing for direct debit setup as well.
Also needs some improvements on cleanless of the facilities.

Lamia and Carlos are my two favourite people at Copthall. It is so pleasant for me when I arrive at reception for my early morning swim to be greeted by Lamia who is always so pleasant and helpful. Most people I talk to have the same opinion.

I had an serious issue with parking…
I had an serious issue with parking fines as I hadn't informed "Better" of a change of registration. Received multiple tickets for 2 separate vehicles over a period of 5 weeks. The staff at the counter, and in particular Lamia, we're so helpful in resolving the matter in a timely manner and in the best possible way. I was concerned as I was going to upset the staff due to the repetitive nature of the PCNs arriving in a staggered manner however, that was not the case and they were understanding, curteous and most importantly successful in my mission to them.

We had a badly experience with our very first swimming session . No support from teacher , and excluded from the class after 5 minutes as he was scared . Very sad for a child confidence.

Everything here is excellent
Everything here is excellent. I am a regular swimmer. Pool is nice and warm. Staff are working hard especially Lamia who works age the front desk she is absolutely fantastic and very professional in what she does she is the definition of excellence customer service. I am very happy here.

Nice gym
Nice gym, well ventilated and clean equipments, although slightly poor-equipped in terms of cable machines and even no upper-chest bench press!
It’s totally worth the price and strongly recommended.

Good in parts but needs improving
The pool is not bad but for older folk too often the water is cold and the changing cubicles not as clean as they should be.I do aqua aerobics and there are two very good instructors - Karen and Gideon.The receptionist Lamia is very charming and helpful. There is a cafe but for what it is, it is expensive.
