Resposta da Better - Birchwood Leisure Centre
Hi Kai,
Thank you for your feedback!
We’re glad you like the equipment and facilities in the gym.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience with some younger users and will share your comments with the team to help ensure a more comfortable environment for everyone.
Junior customers are only permitted in the gym during specific times of the day.
If you’d prefer to avoid these busier periods, we recommend visiting before 3pm or after 6pm.
Hope this helps,
Best wishes
Azaria
