Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're really sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced during your visits. Your concerns are important, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to highlight these issues.

We're actively working on resolving the electricity problem and understand how frustrating it must be. We apologise for the inconvenience and are doing everything we can to restore normal operations as soon as possible.

Regarding the locker system, we completely understand your frustration. We're currently reviewing this to make it more user-friendly and ensure you can access the locker without multiple tokens or carrying a cumbersome key. Your suggestion to allow personal locks like the Atherton Centre is a great idea, and we'll look into that.

We also hear your concern about the entry scanner and the time restrictions for swimming bookings. We are reviewing the system to provide more flexibility and ensure that entry times and booking windows work better for families, especially when getting kids ready.

Lastly, we're really sorry to hear that you've had negative experiences with the reception staff. This is definitely not the standard we strive for, and we'll be addressing this internally to improve customer service and ensure a more welcoming atmosphere.

We are truly sorry to learn that the condition of the lockers at the East Ham Leisure Centre did not meet the standards we strive for. Additionally, we regret to hear that the Fitness Classes you are interested in are not available in the variety or frequency you would like. We understand how important it is to have access to a diverse range of classes that fit your schedule and interests.
