I’ve tried to cancel my membership…
I’ve tried to cancel my membership under the cooling off period 3 times with no response. This is because it was unclear whether swimming lessons would be included in the membership I purchased turns out they aren’t; but this was wholly unclear from the very poor online experience.
Addendum - I have added this after the reply below - please respond to my 3 emails I have already sent you. It is the junior membership I wish to cancel - and YES I am aware of this right to cancel; I am a solicitor and I practice in this area.

Good Afternoon Customer,
Thank you for your review.
I am very sorry to hear that you were advised that we do not offer refunds under the 14-day cooling-off period for swimming lessons. This is incorrect information as we offer a refund for all memberships purchased online under the cooling off period. If you still wish to cancel the lessons please let me know so I can assist you with the process of cancelling the membership and getting the fees refunded back to you.
Hope this helps.
Charmaine

Great leisure centre
We use this centre several times a week. It’s a really important place in the community. We use swimming (lessons for the kids and lanes for me), gym, basketball courts and classes. My family really makes the most of this place. Most staff are great. Food I. The café is unhealthy and overpriced- nothing compared with the amazing Clissold branch middle eastern salads and healthy kids food.

What a waste of time & money on a child's swimming lesson.
Don't believe a child will ever learn how to swim in these lessons.
There was a Brilliant swim school just up the road called Tritons swim school, which the useless walthamstow council so happily closed.
This country LOL.
