Gets booked up quickly
Like-reasonable choice of activities easily booked on app. Memberships and prices good value in comparison to local gyms.
Dislike-the app is only good for bookings. Limited information on centre facilities, etc. showers, changing and lockers. Info and alerts and conversations are useless. Nothing on them.
Warning if you're joining for activity classes they get booked VERY quickly.

Resposta da Better - Kempston Pool & Fitness
Hi Jan,
Thank you for your feedback!
We’re glad to hear that you found the activities easy to book and that our memberships and prices offer good value compared to local gyms. We also appreciate your comments on the app, and we’re sorry to hear that the information about our facilities and alerts didn’t meet your expectations. We’re always working to improve, and your input helps us prioritise areas for improvement, such as adding more detailed information about showers, changing rooms, and lockers.
Regarding the activity classes, we understand how frustrating it can be when they fill up quickly, and we’re looking into ways to improve availability and notifications for our members.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience, and we hope to continue providing you with the best service possible!
Kind regards,
Charmaine

Resposta da Better - Kempston Pool & Fitness
Good Morning P Lal,
Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us.
I sincerely apologise for the disappointing experience you had at Kempston Pools. It is disheartening to hear that our staff did not meet your expectations in terms of being approachable and helpful. We strive to provide a welcoming environment, and I regret that we fell short during your visit.
Additionally, I am concerned to learn that the cleanliness of the center was not up to our usual high standards. Maintaining a clean and hygienic facility is a top priority for us, and I will ensure that your feedback is addressed with our cleaning staff and management team.
We appreciate your input, as it helps us improve our services. Thank you once again for bringing these issues to our attention.
Best regards,
Charmaine
