Thank you for your review.

We’re sorry to hear that you have been issued a car parking penalty from Gemini Parking Management.
 
Unfortunately, the venue is not able to cancel this penalty as this has not been issued by us. To appeal the decision you can complete the online appeal form or you can submit an appeal in writing to Gemini Parking Solutions, PO Box 2525, Buckhurst Hill, IG8 1HR.

We would like to clarify the parking validation process. Firstly you scan the QR code, open the link, complete the required fields of a validation code (which the reception team issued you with the code) and then your vehicle registration number, then follow the instructions on the screen, this will then issue receipt details for your stay. You then have the option to email yourself a copy or screen shot this. If the system never produced a receipt this may mean that the validation process was not completed.

If you were booked onto an activity, please send your booking confirmation email as your evidence to Gemini Parking Solutions. If you contact them by phone, you can explain that you never received the initial PCN.

The car park is run by an external company and as such we are unable to appeal on your behalf.

Thank you for your review.

I am very sorry to hear that your wife received a parking ticket when she attended an activity at one of our Better operated facilities. Our website would advise you how to register your vehicle at each facility that requires this and the car park would also have signs which advise you how to register your car. If you think the charge is incorrect please speak to the centre manager at the centre you received the ticket to see if they are able to assist you further.

I did read your review fully and your response stated that you spoke to the centre but we recommend that you speak directly to the centre manager so they can assist you with your enquiry and also update you on the procedure for the car park so your wife does not receive another ticket.
