Good Evening Lisa,

Thank you for taking the time to share your review.

We are thrilled to hear that you are enjoying your membership at the Thornton Heath Leisure Centre. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your feedback.

I wanted to provide you with some additional details regarding our gym induction policy. Adults who are already familiar with the gym equipment have the option to opt out of the induction session. This allows for flexibility for those who are comfortable using the facilities without further guidance.

However, it’s important to note that all Junior members are required to undergo an induction before they can use the gym facilities. This policy ensures that they receive the necessary instruction on how to safely and effectively operate the gym equipment. The Junior membership is designed to prioritise the safety and well-being of younger members, which is why an induction session is mandatory for them.

If you have any further questions or need additional information, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!

Best regards,

Charmaine

Good Morning Sajan,

Thank you for your review.

I am very sorry to hear that your induction was not conducted in full and you were not satisfied once this came to an end. We provide inductions so our customers are aware of how the equipment functions in the Gym so they can have a productive workout and prevent injury whilst using the equipment. We apologise if this was not the case for you.

We would like to arrange another induction for you at a time which is convenient for you. Please respond back to let us know if this is something you would like to take up and I can reach out to the centre manager to get in touch with you to arrange this.

Hope this helps.

Kind regards,

Charmaine

Good Morning Muhammad,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent experience at the Thornton Heath Leisure Centre.

I sincerely apologize for the unavailability of blue rolls on the specific dates you mentioned. We understand how important it is for our patrons to find all necessary supplies readily available during their visits. This shortfall does not reflect the standard of service we strive to uphold, and I regret any inconvenience this may have caused you during your time at the centre.

We are currently reviewing our inventory management procedures to ensure that this situation does not happen again in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our services.

Thank you for your understanding, and please feel free to reach out if you have any further concerns or suggestions.

Best regards,

Charmaine

Good evening Joyce,

I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for your feedback.

I want to extend my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the large number of pupils in the swimming class your child attends. It's important to us that each child receives the attention and instruction they deserve. I want to assure you that our standard practice is to have more than one instructor per class, which allows us to effectively manage the number of pupils in each session. This ensures that every child has the opportunity to learn and progress in a safe and supportive environment.

Please know that we take your feedback seriously and are committed to providing the best possible experience for all our students. If there's anything else you'd like to discuss or if you have any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Your input is valuable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to address any issues and improve our services.

Thank you once again for bringing this to our attention. We value your partnership and the trust you've placed in us to provide quality instruction for your child.

Warm regards,

Charmaine

Dear Eirini,

We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your concerns.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the charge for the lockers in the wet area of our facilities. This fee is implemented to support the maintenance of the lockers, ensuring that our customers can securely store their belongings while utilising our facilities.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we hope this explanation clarifies the purpose of the charge.

Kind regards,

Charmaine

Hi Lynn,

Thank you for your review.

As a member you have access to seven days advance booking, wereas non-members can only book 5 days in advance.

We would recommend putting yourself on the waiting list if when you first check there are no spaces, as more often than not people will cancel during the week and then their spaces are released for other customers to book.

We also operate a non-attendance and a late cancellation fee so if any customer books a class and then does not show up or cancels less than four hours before the class is due to begin they will incur a penalty. This has been put in place to ensure customers are not booking and taking slots when other customers would like to book.

Warm Regards

Hazal
