My second time using this company,
Both times have been pleasant and have always pulled through for my group of friends.

Easy to use. Pay your deposit via card and give the driver remaining cash on the day!
We were taken straight outside our venue and picked up at requested time.

Never has been any issues using this company

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
This company is a scam, do NOT use them, you will waste your money and be left frustrated. We booked a minibus and ON THE DAY the driver refused to come unless we him (not the company, him) extra money in cash. He shouted, threatened, and told us not to pay the company - to pay him or else he wouldn't take us. They wait until the day, just hours before in our case, to threaten you with this because they know at that point you are left stuck if you refuse. They back you into a corner to have to pay them more. Cash in hand, shouting down the phone, threatening us...I could not believe this company. Do NOT use. I regret it and have warned everybody I know, I would never use them again and wish I never had done. Don't waste your money, go elsewhere.

Unpaid Invoice

I am a small coach operator in Glasgow and we completed two tours for A2B by Better Fares in the summer.

Payment has been completely avoided and any attempt to contact them has been ignored. I have had to instruct a lawyer to recover the money.

Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent operation.

Reliable and provide a quick reply, still more expensive than some local suppliers in Brighton.

Total Scam! They took money in advance (1550 pounds), then no answering to the phone, no mail, no proof of being a real company, nothing. I reported this to The Action Fraud yesterday, with all proof needed.

Be also aware of their other websites: a2bcoaches and minibushirelondon (and who knows how many others). They will maximize the scam and then probably will shut down all websites.

DO NOT USE…also known as BETTERFARE..really bad company. Took the money but no bus turned up. Promised a refund but looking at their history they promise it but it don’t come. Let’s see coz I will not let this rest. Over £1000 out of pocket 😡 also once they have a few bad comments you will see a 5 star rating go up, total rubbish. Please don’t use them they are robbers. If the refund comes back I will change my comment but until then no chance. Nothing worse than being left stranded and out of pocket

Have been using betterfares for a couple of years now and they have been very good with prices and service.

There was a good experience in the tour london to Manchester..

They offered the best rate around - over £200 cheaper in some comparisons. Very easy booking system & efficient with confirmation & driver info.
Vehicle was spotless & pick up/drop offs were prompt. Driver was lovely & friendly - also was considerate to give the party his card in case anyones phone died/lost during our night. Also offered to pick up earlier or later if we wanted.
Can’t fault them at all & would gladly recommend to people as well as use again if I needed

I traveled to Oxford from Manchester with a group of friends, which was great. Very good communication with the driver, he was on time and the Coach was comfortable and very clean.
I felt we were in good hands during the transfer, I will use them on my next visit to London.

Had my daughters wedding in Plymouth our driver was early and he helped us load the minibus up made two stops for our granddaughter was fantastic. Coming back our driver was on time helped us load the minibus nothing was to much trouble he even stopped for us on the way back for baby. Thank you kosta and Phil you were amazing. First class service from start to finish.

Paid over 400 for a mini bus, didn’t turn up on time and then turned up as a car. As we were going to be late to the event we all ended up getting there another way. On the way home they tried to charge 20 quid a drop off, despite not even doing the first job properly. The driver on the way home then kept falling asleep behind the wheel so the last customer walked home 20 mins

Paid £349 for a minibus return for 15 people. Firstly we were called to say we hadn’t paid when we had done weeks earlier, then said we have paid. One 8 seater turned up 25 minutes late and another 8 seater turned up 10 minutes later. We were supposed to be collected at 1:00am again one 8 seater turned up at 1:20 it was another 20 mins before the other 8 seater turned up after going to the wrong venue!! We could have just booked return taxis for a lot cheaper! The whole point of booking a minibus was so we could travel and return together, never again!

We visited London for school trip and Better Fares were excellent. They picked us up and took us to the airport. Great communication, the driver was on time, polite and helpful. We are very grateful!
