Our optional shipping protection fee is provided through a third-party service and is clearly disclosed at checkout; it is not USPS insurance and is entirely optional.

In rare cases, inventory discrepancies can occur, which may result in order delays or cancellations. When this happens, customers are always eligible for a refund for unavailable items, and we regret if the timing of your refund did not meet expectations.

We also understand your concern regarding our shipping costs. We do sell many of our products at lower than retail price and, in most cases, process orders within one business day. We take great care in packing our orders to ensure they arrive safely, and our team works seven days a week to help get orders out as quickly as possible.
