BEYSU's bad customer services
Today, I had a bad experience with Beysu (a water merchant company) that disappointed me greatly. I ordered five 19-litre Water gallon via the Beysu app and selected the 'payment on delivery' option, which is a common payment method provided by the company, but they didn't deliver. They didn't just fail to deliver; they actually cancelled the order entirely. I have checked several times on the app under my current orders, it was there but not anymore.
Moreover, the customer service hotline (444 8152) is so unreachable and unprofessional that I called five times in total today, only managing to get through once. The customer representative was so disrespectful and uncooperative that I could only ask one question.
Usually, they deliver on the same day that you order, whether you order via the app or through the hotline. However, I haven't heard from them for about 12 hours, and this incompetence and unprofessionalism has made me, as a consumer, extremely angry and disappointed.
