Our mountings are made from acid-free, pH-neutral materials, designed to preserve your photos and artwork for the long term without yellowing. Each piece is precision-cut with beveled edges for a clean, professional finish that enhances the presentation.

In addition to the aesthetic value, the mounting also protects your image by creating space between the artwork and the glass, helping to prevent moisture or damage. Combined with a 90-day return policy, and the assurance of high-quality craftsmanship, this does make our products a little more expensive than basic alternatives.

We hope this clarifies why the price reflects the quality and durability you receive.

Thank you for your feedback.
We’re very sorry to hear that the frames did not meet your expectations. Regarding the issues you raised, we did receive photos for three of the frames, however, one did not show any visible damage. As a result, we processed a refund for the two frames that clearly showed defects.
The refund was issued promptly after confirmation and, as previously mentioned, it may take a few business days for the amount to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you believe there’s been a mistake or you have any further concerns, we’re happy to take another look, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly.
