Speedy delivery. High quality frame, great value and the packaging was plentiful and so professional. Bought a 70x50 frame to display a jigsaw, so many styles and colours to choose from and will definitely shop here again.

Excellent quality item, competitive price, just took a full week to arrive

Mirror ordered is exactly as advertised. Good quality and packaged well to avoid damage.

I never received my item. The money was refunded but didn't get any email explaining why.

Delivery was good and on time. Packaging was good and the product itself was exactly as described.

My delivery never arrived.

The product I received was the jersey frame. It was so easy to use and gave a very professional look to my signed jersey. Postage took a little longer than I expected, but that was a minor inconvenience. Overall I very pleased with the service I received.

I ordered a frame 50cm by 50 cm and i got a piece of cardbord not a proper frame.

Frame 45×55 cm
Beautiful brown frame, neat and high quality. Perfect for embroidery or photos. Lightweight, easy to use, and looks stylish in any interior.

Received the frame in CM rather Inches. Delivery was costly and the same for returning it.

The frame is as described but it was broken when it arrived. It also took a long time to arrive.

Fast and good product!

2 parter, I originally ordered 2 frames by accident, I only wanted one. I asked could the other be cancelled and it was and my money refunded quickly.
Then I ordered again (this time just one as I wanted) and the frame arrived on time and in perfect condition. Tracking was good too which was helpful

Unable to return item paid for label no refund hiven

Lovely mirror and came really well packed. Would def shop with them again.

My package got lost and was delivered well after estimated time. Some of the picture covers were scratched and the overall quality of the product didn't match up to the price.

Frames I ordered were perfect

I was looking for an unusual frame size, in my opinion, and your company had such a variety of sizes and types, I was able to get exactly what I wanted.
Also the price was reasonable and the delivery was efficient and on time

The product was perfect but I ordered two and I didn't need the second one. The problem was with returning it. I received a list of drop-off points. The first three places wouldn't accept it - I had to drive a long way out of my way to find somewhere that eventually did.
