I got some good products and saved some money.

Worst service I have ever (not) received! I ordered two bottle cages on 16 April. When they hadn't arrived by 27 May, I contacted them to ask for an update. I explained in my email that the status in my account had said 'processing' since the day I purchased the items. I got no reply. On 31 May, I got what looked like an automated email telling me to check the status in my account - it was still on 'processing' - not helpful. I contacted them again on 9 June and got no reply. Finally on 12 June, a package arrived; however, it contained only one of the two bottle cages ordered, with no explanation about the missing one. I contacted them again. A week later they responded advising that they could not supply the other item and asked me if I would like a refund to which I replied I would. That was two weeks ago and still no refund. And now I'm stuck with an odd bottle cage. This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not purchase anything from them unless you have all year to wait and an infinite amount of time to keep chasing them up.

Took a while to ship, I didn't realize it was coming from overseas. But responsive when I reach out to track the shipment. Would definitely order from them again. Thanks!

Found a rare specification part (stem) for my old school BMX. Fits perfectly!

Ordered a shimano crankset. Order came in within a week exactly what I ordered. Could not be happier. Will use them again.

The only negative is your pricing in nz dollars. Your price on line was $183 however when paying through paypal the price jumped to$193. Maybe your price conversion wasnt correct. I will buy again, but will checking against the US dollar before submitting my order.

SCAM stay away from these con-men.

Most important consideration for purchase from a marketer is not the lowest price, it is the after-sale support. These people are my ‘Hero’ as my Hornit’s horn malfunctioned a couple weeks after purchase. Replacements were sent immediately, thank you!

I wouldn't even give one star if it wasn't required to leave a review. Firstly they don't tell you your item ships from Korea. Took nearly a month to receive the item, although it says 7-14 day delivery. The order was shipping to the United States, but arrived with a European plug, which doesn't work with US power. I don't feel we should have to buy an adapter to make the item work, it should come with the correct plug. They will not resolve the issue. I will never do business with the company again and will not recommend them to anyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM BICYCLE HERO - they sell useless garbage. I purchased a Topeak Joe Blow replacement pump head, advertised as a Topeak product by Bicycle Hero. I received it in estimated time but only to be disappointed by the cheap plastic quality, and that it didn’t fit my pump hose. The original head was mostly metal, the replacement was extremely low quality flexible plastic. Even if it fit it wouldn’tlast long. It was completely useless. The cost was about $13, and $9 for shipping. Bicycle Hero approved the return but said I needed to cover shipping both ways, making my total shipping about $18, almost 50% more than the cost of the replacement head.

The big take-a-way for anyone thinking of buying from Bicycle Hero: DO NOT DO IT! You will not get the brand name advertised, and it’s probably a piece of garbage.

I bought 2 items a week apart, they said 14 business days for delivery. When the first item didn't arrive after at least twice that period I chased up both. They said wait longer and blamed the GST. It finally arrived about 4 times the original 14 business days.

My second item still hasn't arrived and is still "processing" on their site. They don't respond to requests for help/information.

Terrible customer service. I was told by the manufacturer of my bicycle light that warranties must go through the seller so I contacted Bicycle Hero. They responded requesting photos of the item and a description of the problem. I promptly sent the requested info and they have not acknowledged my existence since despite multiple progressively frustrated follow-up emails. Any warranty is worthless when you buy from Bicycle Hero, I've been robbed of my replacement product.

Bad company. I bought a pair of Avid's juicy carbon reservoir cap and they sent me a diferent product. I've been trying to keep contact to get the correct products, but company's support team don't answer my e-mails. THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY.

My item arrived in great shape and at a great price. Two Schwalbe tires, well packed. I ordered, and immediately received a confirmation email. Then I saw these terrible ratings on trust pilot, but it also seemed like maybe there was a cultural misunderstanding occurring, like maybe bicycle hero was offended by all these emails from customers. So I just waited. Two weeks after the order I received an email from USPS in Seoul saying they had received the package for delivery (hero had told me it could take two weeks to ship, so that was fine). After that, I received regular tracking updates from USPS until my package arrives, exactly 30 days after the order. Hero may have underestimated how long it would take to get to me. But hey, the price and quality of the product are great.
