I think even a one-star review is extremely generous for these scam artists.

I paid a deposit for a window and 3m x 2m bifold doors. After repeatedly failing to respond and taking three times longer than quoted, I eventually threatened to involve my credit card company.

The owner was an absolute joke. He turned up with the wrong-sized window in the wrong colour and came up with every excuse under the sun. He also repeatedly claimed to have emailed me about illnesses, but no such emails had been received.

Eventually, he fitted the bifold doors and window, both of which were covered in scratches. The doors leaked because he didn’t have the correct seals for the glass, and the window dropped to the point where it wouldn’t close at all.

I would strongly advise anyone who has paid this company by credit card to look into making a Section 75 claim. I managed to get a full refund through my credit card company and have had new windows and doors installed.

Please think twice before giving this company any money. Based on my experience, the service was appalling, the delays were unacceptable, and the products were faulty.

it looks like they are registered as evershield windows limited - based in sheffield and trading as BifoldMania.
all contact with them was lost shortly after taking a rather large deposit from us to supply and fit new windows for our home.
they never answer calls or return them.
after a few cheap promises and countless lies we have decided to take evershield windows limited trading as bifoild mania to court.

based on personal experience I would never recommend using this company to anyone who values time, money, honesty and craftsmanship.

Had bifold doors, bifold windows and upper bedroom windows installed 2025. Stupidly paid in full upfront .

Took around 4 months to finally get all installed and had nothing but problems with them . No fensa certification. Cannot lock our doors . Never came out to sort this .

The rubber seals on my 7-door-bifold were cut too short leaving gaps. Gaps big enough for draughts and spiders to get through. I’ve been asking repeatedly to have a new set of seals sent out so I can install them myself. Since December 2025 I’ve had promises they’ll be sent out but after 6 months I’ve not received them and they’ve stopped responding to my emails or accepting my phone calls

Price was reasonable but about same as other quotes I received

Update 9th June 2026: Within a day of posting this review, I've been contacted and told the seals will be sent out

Update 1st July 2026: nothing received

great quality doors, i had 4 bifolds
- 2 on the house and 2 on the annex.
installers were great. cant fault the price and poduct.

Bi fold mania fitted a simple pvc door for me, the door dropped within a few weeks of it being fitted, Jamie would not answer my calls or return my messages. I managed to contact him through our builder, he came to look at it again, but needs extra help to fix the door (the following week!)
The following week comes.. no Jamie, no call, no text, doesn't reply again to messages or calls, door still isn't fixed. I can literally see the outside from the inside! Do not use!

Done what it says on the tin. We were very pleased with our bifold and reasonable price offered. Would use again and happy to recommend Jamie and Bifold mania.
