Overall experience
The company staff are very professional and a pleasure to speak to - I've not had one bad experience with them since starting with them last year.
They are easy to contact, the phone is answered very quickly, and any problems I have had have been addressed and resolved promptly. Very good service.

Ben is the best customer service person.
Ben is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with in the past. He’s such a nice guy professionally, excellent in explaining things to your understanding, he’s such a genus in his job. I guess BIGFISH PAYROLL Company is the best in the business. Lots of benefits attached to their contracts I would 💯 recommend it to everyone in the construction industries.

Big Fish provided me professional and friendly service for about two years.
