Great wheatgrass, terrible packaging!
Big Juice's frozen wheatgrass is certainly good quality, and is proving a convenient way to boost my nutrient intake. After a month my skin seems to be clearing!
BUT ... they are so wasteful with packaging, insisting on using non-recyclable packaging including polystyrene, with no re-use service in place.
Worse still, when we tried to speak to them about it, they were unhelpful: saying that they "can't" take away the used packaging for re-use. Contrast this with some other companies who deliver perishable goods, such as a well-known online butchers who offer this service as standard, and this is rather disappointing.
I am continuing to look for a good frozen wheatgrass company that is more responsive to their customers' needs. I am not willing to create a mountain of landfill simply for the convenience of a non-customer-focused company.
