Found a difficult to find whiskey for a decent price. Carlos was spectacular to talk to and work with. Give these guys a try. They were very good to me.

My bottle hasn’t been sent more than 2 weeks after paying for it and I have emailed the seller and had no response. I have asked for a refund but had no response too.

I purchased the Game of Thrones whisky collection with chest, which Carlos delivered in person which was a very nice touch. Very well recieved and much appreciated quality purchase. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely terrible company. Do not buy from this company.
Ordered over a month ago and experienced extremely poor communication. After chasing multiple times, I finally got one reply saying stock would arrive at the end of April. I followed up again after that—and got completely ignored.

In the end, I had to go through my credit card company to get a refund. This shouldn’t be necessary for a simple order. Very disappointing service and lack of reliability. I would not recommend.

Awesome whisky company that always help me to get the things that I want and look after their own customers well. The company is a little more human and the owner of the company welcomes phone calls and direct messaging like a concierge service when you're a little more a human being and communicate. Shipping to the US always arrives fine and I keep going back to them so i guess they are doing something right. Thanks a lot Carlos! Keep up the great work

Fantastic customer service - Carlos is a real star with a passion for what he does which extends to every aspect of his business. I honestly won't buy from anywhere else after just one purchase! Can't recommend this company enough.

Delivery took a wee while, but dispach date was clearly stated in the description. Need to read it all to the very bottom, what I obviously did not. Prompt email replies, so 5* for customer service well earned.

Ordering is easy, and the package is shipped within a decent time time window. The package was carefully packed.

5 star service. Ordered a bottle that turned out not to be in stock. They messaged me to suggest alternatives and were very apologetic and helpful and even offered a discount on a slightly higher priced item.

Perfect service from start to finish. I had a small hiccup which was rectified immediately, and made sure my delivery was prompt and exactly when I needed it
