The frame I ordered arrived a couple of days early and in perfect condition. The Bike Exchange web site descriptions of the product were accurate and I was able to acquire parts for the build that will fit without having to return anything in order to complete assembly.

I was able to find the make and model of bike I was looking for in the color I really wanted. I received my bike in a timely manner. The bike was sold as new and I received warranty information from the manufacturer. The was used as a demo as there was some unvleaned dirt still on it. However like new condition. And I have test rode bike before so I am not worried about the little bit of dirt.

I recently purchased an IAx | Advanced | Ultegra Di2 from bikexchange.com and overall had a very positive experience. Shipping was fast and the price was excellent—hard to beat for this level of bike. Everything arrived in good condition and as described.

I’m withholding one star due to a couple of small issues: there were no headset spacers included, and the brake lines were routed a bit strangely, which required some extra attention on setup. Nothing deal-breaking, but worth noting.

Overall, great value and smooth transaction with no major complaints. I’d still recommend bikexchange.com and would consider buying from them again.

Sadly, I purchased a bike through the website, and shortly afterward I received a call from the store informing me that the bike listed as available on BikeExchange was actually not in stock.

I was offered several alternative solutions, but none of them included getting the bike I originally wanted, which is a real shame. While I’m not sure where the mistake originated, I was ultimately the one affected by this situation.

I purchased a bike through Bike Exchange and it turns out the partner shop didn’t have the bike in stock. It was 6 days before the partner shop finally returned my emails and informed me that they didn’t have the bike. I’m sure Bike Exchange will say this is out of their control but if they are going to broker deals, they need to have systems in place to ensure bikes are shipped within a certain time frame and communication is maintained between the consumer and shop. Not just collect a fee and move on. Have some checks and balances. It’s not hard to do with technology these days.

The website description and pictures of the bike I bought were accurate, and liked knowing where the bike was located as I was able to put a deposit down online, drive to the shop to test ride it, and pick up vs shipping. Price was great, and bike shop was great to deal with, it was ready to test ride when I got there and it was an easy decision to complete the purchase.

I paid for the bike I found online listed by BikeExchange. However it turned out that BikeExchange’s partner bike shop did not have the bike in stock nor was it available from the manufacturer. It was disappointing for sure. On the positive side of this I was refunded the money I paid the next day without having to do anything. Unfortunate experience but mistakes happen.

I have only one buy with bike exchange and it was very good, I fully recommend it

The bike (trek madone sl 5 gen8) I wanted was priced almost as low as the used ones, although it was brand new. The process was short, clear. My questions about the bike being new or amount of headset spacers were answered promptly. The bike was shipped immediately after the order. The seller (Michael's Cycles) answered to my emails about the installation. They were very responsive. The bike was delivered in 2 days without an issue. All good experience.

Excellent customer service. Original seller did not have bike - but Bike Exchange found the bike (out of stock nearly everywhere), honored the price, and it was shipped sooner than original estimate. Highly recommend.
