My experience with Binghatti Developers was one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences I have had with any company in Dubai.
Do not be fooled by the lavish launches, luxury branding, social media image, or glamorous marketing events. The real test of a developer is how they treat clients after collecting their money — and in my experience, the level of customer care, integrity, accountability, and compassion was extremely poor.
I dealt directly with a sales representative named Tannaz Zare, whose conduct, communication, and assurances represented what I can only assume are Binghatti’s actual standards toward customers. Promises and representations made during the sales process completely changed afterward, leaving me feeling misled, financially harmed, and abandoned once payment had been secured.
What shocked me most was not only the financial loss, but the complete lack of empathy and responsibility shown throughout the process. There was no genuine attempt to resolve concerns fairly, no accountability, and no sense that customer trust mattered at all. Complaints were handled in a dismissive and careless manner, despite the significant amount of money involved.
A company that truly values its reputation and clients does not treat customers this way. Luxury is not defined by flashy launches and influencer events — it is defined by honesty, transparency, professionalism, and integrity when problems arise.
I strongly advise buyers to be extremely careful, document absolutely everything in writing, and never rely on verbal assurances during the sales process.
