My experience with Binghatti Developers…

My experience with Binghatti Developers was one of the most disappointing and stressful experiences I have had with any company in Dubai.

Do not be fooled by the lavish launches, luxury branding, social media image, or glamorous marketing events. The real test of a developer is how they treat clients after collecting their money — and in my experience, the level of customer care, integrity, accountability, and compassion was extremely poor.

I dealt directly with a sales representative named Tannaz Zare, whose conduct, communication, and assurances represented what I can only assume are Binghatti’s actual standards toward customers. Promises and representations made during the sales process completely changed afterward, leaving me feeling misled, financially harmed, and abandoned once payment had been secured.

What shocked me most was not only the financial loss, but the complete lack of empathy and responsibility shown throughout the process. There was no genuine attempt to resolve concerns fairly, no accountability, and no sense that customer trust mattered at all. Complaints were handled in a dismissive and careless manner, despite the significant amount of money involved.

A company that truly values its reputation and clients does not treat customers this way. Luxury is not defined by flashy launches and influencer events — it is defined by honesty, transparency, professionalism, and integrity when problems arise.

I strongly advise buyers to be extremely careful, document absolutely everything in writing, and never rely on verbal assurances during the sales process.

Due to a cancelled flight

Due to a cancelled flight, I was unable to travel and therefore could not use the accommodation. The booking was then automatically treated as a no-show.Despite explaining the situation and asking for a solution, the host refused any refund, rescheduling, or even partial goodwill compensation.

STAY AWAY!!! Waiting months for EOI refund

STAY AWAY!!!! Extremely frustrating experience. Getting my EOI (Expression of Interest) deposit refunded has turned into a drawn-out and unnecessarily difficult process that should (aparently) take 30 days & it's been almost 2 MONTHS & STILL i have NOT received my deposit. What should be a straightforward transaction has been delayed far beyond any reasonable timeframe.
Communication has been poor at best—calls and messages often go unanswered, and when there is a response, it’s vague, inconsistent, or simply pushes the issue further down the line. No one takes any responsibility & only blames another department rather than taking control & resolving the issue! They're very quick to take your money but sales depth is HORRIBLE with any actual customer service after you've given your hard earnings over! There seems to be little urgency or accountability when it comes to returning clients’ money.
This raises serious concerns about the company’s professionalism and financial handling. If a simple refund cannot be managed efficiently, it doesn’t inspire confidence in how larger commitments are handled.
I would STRONGLY CAUTION anyone considering dealing with this developer—be prepared for delays and a lack of transparency when it matters most.
