I have been playing for just under a year here and there, they never had a problem taking money and withdrawing small amounts of money for example 150, 50, 120 etc but yesterday I won over 900 pound (separately) and now all of a sudden are asking me for my proof of ID AND ADDRESS etc and have blocked me from playing until they verify my ID, which by the looks of the reviews will probably be a problem for them. I’m fuming as I actually enjoyed playing bingo diamond and never had a problem with them before until now. If it doesn’t get sorted I will definitely be taking it further as that is a large amount of money and I have kids to feed

Answered my questions fast but they have put a limit on how much I can deposit a week between 3 apps witch is only £80 when they set it they never looked to see what or if I was losing money so if I deposit money and withdraw the same amount it comes of the limit set
