Can’t Trust their Fees
Driver Marco was nice, car was Mercedes e-type. Giulia, the company dispatcher, attempted to extort an additional €80 for “extra luggage” when we got to our destination. I told her if you’re changing the contract, you should inform us at the beginning of the ride, not at the end. I refused to pay. I wouldn’t use this company again due to lost of trust.

Un'esperienza perfetta: un servizio eccezionale e un'atmosfera fantastica
Ho avuto la fortuna di utilizzare i servizi di Blacklux e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della mia esperienza.
L'autista Lino e molto professionale e cortese, e mi ha fatto sentire a mio agio fin dal primo momento.
La macchina era pulita e ben tenuta, e l'autista si è assicurato di fornirmi tutte le informazioni necessarie per il viaggio, e stato molto attento alla mia privacy e mi ha permesso di rilassarmi e godermi il viaggio senza dovermi preoccupare di nulla, si è adattato ai miei cambiamenti di programma, facendomi risparmiare tempo e stress.
Ha dimostrato un grande senso dell'orientamento e ha scelto sempre il percorso migliore per evitare il traffico e arrivare a destinazione in tempo.
In generale, la mia esperienza con l'autista di lusso è stata eccellente e non potrei raccomandarlo abbastanza. Se stai cercando un autista di lusso professionale e affidabile, non cercare oltre!

My flight was 1h late already in departure but I found punctual assistance and a guarantee that the driver would monitor the flight and wait. So it was and the driver was also very cordial and friendly.
