Jack was very useful in helping me find what I needed to get

Jack was very helpful. Actually you could tell the whole team were helpful and helping each other out. It was a pleasure to shop there.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products.

I stopped in after work to look at some shoes just before they closed, but instead of trying to rush me so they could go home, they took time to bring several pairs to try, giving advice, and helping me choose the best shoes for what I needed, showing great product knowledge.

Just like a shout out to Ann in the newbury branch. She was really helpful with me picking some merrel trainers. She wasn’t bothered about me sending her to get 4 different pairs and sizes. Well done blacks for having great customer care. And well done Ann for being great at what you do.

I was helped today by a lovely lady called Ann. Friendly and helpful x

I’d been looking at some hiking boots for a while but needed an assistant to help, I’d previously been served by Ann so asked if she could help me select some suitable boots.
Nothing was too much trouble, always offering suggestions and tips which really helped me make an informed decision.
Many thanks

Knowledgable and friendly help from Zak in fitting some good walking shoes. He knew his stuff and could offer options and their pros and cons. Trust worthy and a week later I have enjoyed good walks in the new shoes. Well done.

Very helpful staff when I was buying new walking boots. Thanks Will!

I went to the shop today to purchase a pair of boots. I was looked after by Michael and he went above and beyond to find me a pair of boots that I liked. Great service that was very much appreciated.

THANK YOU Ann, for your help and guidance in finding me my 1st pair of walking boots. You're a true gem to your organisation - they're very lucky to have you. Just a joy to meet you and chat whilst you helped me find the most suitable footwear for my trekking holiday.

Absolutely amazing experience today as my wife and I purchased two pairs of walking boots.

Great help from Ann who was brilliant a very helpful.

Would thoroughly recommend.

My wife suffers with dementia and normally finds shopping extremely difficult. Today we were supported by the assistant branch manager Trina, who was absolutely amazing.Trina showed great patience and understanding of the difficulties we were both having making decisions. We felt more relaxed with her assistance and completed the purchases successfully. We were so pleased with our shopping experience. Many thanks to Trina.

Ann was super helpful in finding everything I needed

Thank you Ann for helping my son buy boots yesterday. He’s an autistic young man and you treated him with patience but otherwise like anyone else, gaining his trust to help him make a decision. Good for Blacks too as he might otherwise have just left finding it too difficult.

Really great service today. Michael was really knowledgeable when helping me choose the right walking shoes. Encouraged me to try lots on to get the best for me, very happy. Highly recommend.

Excellent sale, brilliant value rab gear and rucksack. Michael was very helpful helping us with the rucksack. Staff were all friendly.

Excellent service. Friendly, expert and helpful staff. Great value for money too.

Very friendly staff, knows what they’re talking about. Jack was an amazing help and I was in and out of the shop in no time.

5 star service was greeted at the door of the Newbury. Was shown what I was looking for and explained the different types of products.
