I truly wished I saw these before my experience. I want to start by saying the rep I had name was Kaylee, she was super helpful to me from being super attentive, responsive, and informative on assisting me with getting my sample production order together. Once I paid close to $300 dollars for the items she referred me to another representative named Kate. I sent an email to Kate and never heard anything back and still currently waiting for that response. I was so excited to partner with this company and bring my vision to life but this experience has turned out to be very discouraging and disappointing. I hope I can receive my items but this has left a horrible taste in my mind to continue further business.

Just like the review below mine, i have pending orders for 8 weeks! They claimed all my inventory and all their own inventory is stuck at customs, and gave me ZERO idea of when orders will be shipped out. Thousands of dollars of inventory stuck.
Zero updates from these guys, and they wont even respond to the emails in 48-72hrs. I had to give refunds out of my profit margins in other products to save my reputation.
Then they ship ME inventory instead of FULFILLING my customer orders! So i fulfill my customer orders manually, and after telling them to cancel and not fullfill nearly 25 orders that i just shipped, over the course of the next 7 days, they DUPLICATE ship everything to my customers, of course, at my expense.
Now i have spent double the amount, lost double the inventory, incurred charges for fulfilling and shipping everything on my own, and wasted HOURS with customers, blanka, and our team to get things fulfilled and shipped. AND HERE IS THE STUPID RESPONSE FROM THESE CLOWNS AFTER telling them to give me a full refund!

The best option we’re able to offer is an account credit, which can be applied toward future orders. The total amount of all the orders you've listed totaled to $401.27. Additionally, we’re happy to extend your membership by two months, giving you more flexibility and time to fully use the credit and access our services.

Ok let's start few months ago never had no issues until December and January orders are back up it makes my company look bad and I wan paying for upgrade membership but they taking to long and makes my company look bad I wish they were on point like they were several months ago I like the product just don't like the delivery service

The worst customer service I placed an order over 20 days and nothing till now and the worst part is not even a big order I got order from overseas and it’s doesn’t even took more than 5 days to ship and finally I forgot that I pay 149$ for VIP but I see how’s VIP works and even when i contact the support they answered you after 2 days what a shame,really disappointed and I’m gonna cancel my subscription

They just keep your orders, They don't like to despatch I have had my orders stuck in "Processing" since the 20th of November. Blanka seem not to care at all it's still there (Time of writing this is thr 05th December). I have messaged I get someone called Andie who's is off no use what's so ever (Seems like he doesn't really care) just keeps fobbing you off with generic answers.
Apparently there processing time is 5-9 Business days which incredibly long, if you don't believe me check there processing times BTW that does not include shipping time which is another 3-5 Business days. Your customers potentially will have to wait over 9 Business days to receive tracking info and over 2 weeks to receive their orders (That's fine if your products are coming in from China - even if it coming from China it won't take this long)
Personally I don't think they are usa and Canada based like they say.
Overall for $74 it's a horrible experience, there are other platforms like jubilee that will be much better.
If you signing up for blanka ask them "How long will it take my customers to get their orders?" (WONT BE ANYTIME SOON).
Also make sure they have products in stock because after waiting the 9 Business days (Which is around 12 days) they came back to me to tell me the product is out of stock (you couldn't make this up).
Honestly one of the worst services I have ever used, never felt so uneasy in my life. For $74 it's really not worth it.
5-9 days processing time is ridiculous ( customers should have their products by then)

BEFORE YOU SIGN UP CHECK PROCESSING TIME - THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT 9 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE ACKNOWLEDGING YOUR ORDER!!!!
HOPEFULLY MY ORDERS PLACED THE 20TH NOVEMBER CAN BE DESPATCHED BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR.
