Excellent service- very happy
I've made two purchases with this company. On both occasions my phone call was answered promptly, the delightful staff determined the availability of the product and advised me. One product I was able to collect in a few hours, the other was on back -order. When it was in stock, I was contacted and arranged to pick up. Very helpful and personal service.

bought 4 fans which were the wrong size, kept one because I opened the box and returned 3.
I was told I would need to pay the postage....however, this company held back $100 from the refund, more than regular postage. Their company postage would have cost between $30 and $40.

Additionally, we recognise the condition of the returned fans was not optimal for resale. Despite this, we made an exception to proceed with the refund to accommodate your situation to the best of our ability.
