Blue Power Tools Opiniões

Web site was easy to use with clear pricing and information. Delivered very quickly and in substantial packaging.

I ordered this item with the free delivery service which I expected to get in 2-3 days time but was there by early next day. Very impressed. Thanks

Because of Easter period, had a delay of my delivery, but been contacted and received apologies and a promise to deliver the item asap. Word was kept, and once I need some other tool I will definitely buy from Blue Power Tools. Thank you.

Ordered my 18v battery grinder on line, and it was with me the next day.

I paid for an item and received an email to confirm the payment and delivery would be 2-3 days. 7 days later I contacted them asking for details of my order. James the person I spoke to explained the item was out of stock and he was expecting a deliver from bosch that day. I asked him to reply to the email I sent and to phone me back with an update. He did this. The update was the item was not on the delivery and I could have a different voltage one instead. Or wait for the right one to come and have a set of legs for it at no extra charge. I asked for a transformer and next day delivery. Which it was a flat no. I offered to pay the balance of £30 with the transformer. It went up to £50. I could get it cheaper without the transformer else where. So I declined. Overall I was not happy about the level of service I received. As stated before I had to contact them about my item and chase it up and didn't feel they supported me in purchasing the item I wanted.

I would recommend this company to anyone !!!

TNT express delivery was a bit rubbish though.

Easy to order, fast to deliver.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, will use again

Bought a twin pack 18v Drill and Impact Driver from these guys. Their service was excellent and it arrived next day, they also were the least expensive in the UK.

Boughts some bit sets. 1 set arrived not as described so I emailed them at night and got a call at 8am the next morning - sorted it immediately. Friendly and professional. Great prices too. Will definately shop again.

Found the website easy to navigate round, found what I was looking for at a sensible price. Fast payment an fast delivery.

On time and cheapest I could find good work

As well as good delivery, a minor order query was promptly sorted. Price was competative too: will use this company again.

I would certainly reccomend this firm as my Item was exactly what I wanted and was delivered promptly. WELL DONE

Delivery was prompt, easy to order on line and excellent website explaining product details. Just one remark is that the website did not tell me that Blue power tools was situated within about 5 miles away from where I live,in which case had I known I would have collected the product, now I know .that is what I will do in future.

Quick delivery, perfect service, nothing to add!

Good web site, easy to order.
Rapid telephone call to advise out of stock item, but still had next day delivery!

Well priced and excellent delivery.
