As an American living in the Netherlands, in the past, I've found it difficult to get clear answers to my tax questions from Dutch accountants. I've been working abroad for the past 15yrs during which time I have been exposed to various Tax service providers. You have simplified a relative complex process to an extent where your requirements were simple and clear, and you only had to follow-up once for additional information. Thank you also for the constructive collaboration with my other Tax advisor - the synchronisation between the two submissions was very important. You set a great example of what Customer Service should look like.

We've lived here full time for 4 years and flown NOB each year to do taxes. I finally said, "enough, there's got to be someone here qualified to do taxes" and voila! a couple of people recommended BNC. That was my lucky day! By far, as in leaps and bounds, better than the company I used,for 15 years, in California. Friendly, timely, reliable, thorough, honest, reasonably priced. ( I could go on and on.)
