I’ve been using Bodyline for well over a year, the girls are so lovely, friendly but also professional, my Pen gets dispatched quickly & arrives the following day. Top notch service

Found The Bodyline Clinic by searching the internet, they provided the service I was looking for and their feedback was positive.
I reached out to them, had a few virtual appointments and a questionnaire to complete. A really positive experience, communications are superb and the staff are really friendly and supportive.
I am now a repeat customer on my weight loss journey and have no hesitation to recommend them.

Can’t recommend this service enough absolutely first class.
I am undertaking their LDN service and I am delighted with the care, attention and knowledge I have received from professional caring nurses.

All the staff are so helpful and welcoming. I have online apts as I don’t live near the clinic and they are always available for evening appointments. Special mention to Lindsey who is so encouraging and friendly! I don’t have huge amounts to lose, so I have the weight loss tablets and in 12 weeks lost over a stone. Slowly but surely is the best way for me.

There isn't anything that I feel I couldn’t ask and they always try to help. Have a really good rapport with this company and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I spoke to Liz on the phone on 1st September, asking about LDN prescribing.

She wasn't sure whether it would be suitable for my condition and said she would need to speak to someone clinical and requested I e-mail some details.

I sent over a confidential medical summary immediately, but heard nothing back.

I chased by e-mail on 8th September and had no response. I then called on 16th September and was told they would ask her to get back in touch with me.

Almost 3 weeks since initial contact and after sharing personal medical information to see if the prescription service would be suitable, I've still received no reply.

By comparison, I found another clinic offering this, spoke to someone on the phone, had a telephone consultation the next day and have already had a prescription issued. Furthermore, this other company is a fraction of the price!

For anyone seeking LDN, I suggest you look elsewhere.

am very disappointed with the service I received from Bodyline Clinic. I paid for a full month, but in reality only received around two weeks of effective treatment.

At the start, we had a plan. They gave me a blue tablet for one week, but it was not effective. As agreed, they then sent me the pink tablet. Unfortunately, this caused me unpleasant side effects. When I reported this, I was told to stop taking it and even to get my eyes checked, but no proper alternative was provided.

As a result, I was left without any treatment for the remaining two weeks, yet I was still charged for the whole month. Despite contacting them several times, I only received delays and no real solution.

I am very dissatisfied with both the lack of response and the unwillingness to resolve the matter. They keep saying we sent you each times 2 weeks tablets which if they check dates pink tablet arrives and original plan it is obvious e this is not true . They do t reply to any of my emails
