Apart from the delay in delivery, which was the fault of Royal Mail and attributed to Covid-19, I found the service excellent. Although I hope that I don't need too, I would have every confidence in returning to you for any further replacement parts which I may need.

Parts arrived the next day excellent. Had issues with payment going through but sent an email with my contact phone number which was responded to within the hour and payment was taken via the phone. I have used them in the past and would use them in the future. Cheaper than the local plumbing merchants as well.
