Sime Boiler Parts

I was lucky enough to find Boilerparts.co.uk online whilst searching for parts. I used the email link to request a part I couldn’t find.
This is where Andrea contacted me confirming they had stock. I rang the next day to discuss.
What a joy speaking to Andrea, she was so helpful, polite, funny and best of all her knowledge was spot on.
Andrea found all the parts for me, organised delivery which I received the next day all boxed well for protection. Nobody else stocked the items locally so well done Boilerparts and Andrea !!!
Will definitely use this company again as customer service was brilliant

I think you have wrote a review on the incorrect company, we only sell spares online with next day delivery, we don't have a shop to collect spares.

Useless, Rude & Clueless

Shocking customer service. Sent out the wrong part and refused to do anything about it, then wanted us to pay for the postage to send it back to correct their error. The part they sent looked nothing like the image, and they tried to fob it off that it was due to the supplier. Phone lines never work, people who run the customer service emails are beyond rude and unhelpful. Paid for next day delivery and they shipped it on the day it was meant to arrive. Would avoid at all cost and spend your money elsewhere.

I think this is the same review sent by someone else dated 08/01/2025. We have emailed to ask for the full model detials of your boiler to ensure the correct part was ordered, Ideal do boilers with different serial numbers but fit diiferent parts, the part ordered has been changed so we wanted to make sure from the detials if this was the case, we advised calling Ideal if not a direct fit so they can advise how as they do change parts, we have'nt had a reply from this, when asked to return an automatic email was sent re the returns, I am unsure why our emails haven't been replied to resolve and feel to add to trust pilot is unfair when we have tried to help but had no response via email. If you reply we can advise if the part is correct or if you require the other version.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, I paid extra for next day delivery on, however it arrived late. Not only this, the item they sent was completely wrong and not what I ordered. When emailing the customer service I was utterly disappointing as they couldn't care less nor offered any support. The team tried to convince me the items I ordered were correct however the photo on the website and what was delivered are completely different. I also forwarded information over to an electrician and plumber who were doing the maintenance for me and the comments they have 'scammed you'.

We have emailed you this morning re your order, Ideal do a number of verisons to the part you purchased which we have asked for all the model detials to check that you have ordered the correct one , manufacturers do change the parts as they update them which we have also advised and could be a reason you feel is incorrect, if you can reply to the email we have sent I can advise if the part is correct or if another part is needed. Thanks

We have emailed you (20/11) concerning your order which I have sent again and left a phone message. All Biasi spares come from Italy and it has taken a while, unfortunately in some cases it does as most heating spares are manufactured in Europe. We haven't had any emails from you as we do reply to all emails sent, if this has gone into junk mail it is automatically deleted so I apologsie if this has happened. Please email us sales@boilerparts.co.uk or reply to the emails we have sent.

Extremely Poor communication

Ordered a part on July 7th, was notified on the day that was not held in stock and it would be made to order as a 'special order' (not a problem, understand not all parts are held in stock). Over 2 months later, only 2 e-mails: 1 which was the original receipt that I had made a purchase and money had been taken from me, and the 2nd was to state that they would advise us of tracking when the warehouse had received the part (so no clarification on a timeline or whether anything had actually happened, at which point just over 1 month had passed). No confirmation of the part being sent to us (if it ever was made), no confirmation or details provided that the part had actually been ordered by BoilerParts to be made, no response to 3 other e-mails, 1 made at this time and 1 which ignored a request for a refund if the order could not be fulfilled last week - I appreciate that things can fall through the cracks, however the lack of urgency to communicate, the little (and very unhelpful) communication and the choice to ignore complaints and requests for over 2 months has lead to an extremely poor experience.

I am unsure why this is being written/shared on trust pilot as we have replied to your email which we received yesterday and today (with the farwared emails sent to show we have replied) , along with explaining DPD have delivered to the incorrect address. We only became aware of this from your email yesterday as we were under the impression the order was complete due to this leaving us in August and hearing nothing until yesterday. We have emailed all the information and resolving the matter with DPD and yourself, please reply to our emails sent. Thanks

Ideal boiler showing faulty pcb board,googled and engineers said it wll be a faulty board,found same board easily on there website,came next day with excellant instructions,comparatively cheap price,fired up straight away with no problem .

I made an return and they not refund my…

I made an return and they not refund my money back in time, they supposed to send my refund in maximum 14 days and they did it in 37 days just after I sent them 10 emails where I told them if they don’t send my money back I have to open an complaint against them…..

I apologise you are unhappy with our service, we advise refunds can take up to 30 working days in our terms and conditions, a refund was issued 21 days after returning. Refunds dont normaly take this long but if we need to return back to the manufacturer it can. As the item had been opened we need to ensure the part had not been fitted so they were returned and unfortunatley we have to wait for them to advise a refund is due. We have communicated via email and advised the steps, again we aplogise you feel unhappy with this,we have complied with are T&C.

Shameful! AVOID

After looking on trust pilot for a trusted and reliable boiler parts supplier and seeing the reviews I was confident in ordering from these guys however, I ordered parts from them which all got delivered fine. One of the parts however came broken, so I contacted them via email and they responded and asked me to send them a picture so they can send it to the warehouse and arrange a replacement. After sending the photo and then asking for an update, it's now been 2 working days and they have not got back to me at all! No update on the part of they sent a replacement, they didn't even offer me a refund, literally heard absolutely nothing back despite sending more than one email.
I have been left without heating and hot water for several days now and despite informing them of this they didn't even bother to reply!!
I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs especially if you want prompt support and service. You will not get it with boiler parts! AVOID

We have replied to your email, we had trouble with our server which stopped all email access. After emailing you required a refund and not a replacement ,a refund was issued. And happy this was resolved.
