Terrible service.
Ordered a bra in August, but unfortunately didn’t suit my needs, so I returned within the timeframe required. I have still not received the refund, after several attempts to contact them, they finally replied to my email and said they would refund money that day and didn’t. It is the 1st of November now and I still haven’t received a refund, and honestly don’t expect to. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Great company, very helpful and lots of information. Felt very supported on my recent run in the Shock Absorber Ultimate Run Bra.

Panache sports bra fell apart after less than 6 weeks of occasional use.

Customer service slow to respond, refused to take responsibility as the sellers by saying it needed to be taken up with their suppliers and then claimed the fault was with my washing technique when I have used the same technique with all previous bras that have lasted many months and did not disintegrate.

Wont be using them again!

So I used boobydoo to order a sports Bra but I wasn’t confident that I had got the sizing correct.
Charly was so helpful and we had a virtual fitting which confirmed I had indeed got the right size. We sat and chatted for ages about what I liked in a sports bra and what bra I currently had and then we went through the brands / bras which matched my needs.

Overall the service was amazing, personal and the bra I had (Freya active) fit perfectly!

Recently discovered Boobydoo and what a find! Fantastic customer service. So helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery was prompt and products were spot on. I certainly won’t be going to any other shops in the future. So glad I found them!

My first time with Boobydoo and my first time with Panache Sports bra.
It was such a good experience, great service and very comfortble bra (fortunately same size as in Freya, my regular bra).

Needed a new Sport Jock bra, but wasn't sure what size I needed. Georgia took me thru the options, we talked about size. She made a recommendation. I took her recommendation and placed my order - 3 days later it arrived (today) and I am absolutely delighted with the size, fit and bright fuschia colour. Terrific customer service from start to finish

Great service with online measurements. I ordered 5 sports bras and paid with Klarna so I could order, try on and return any unsuitable items then pay for the items I kept. Great service. I kept 2 of the 5 Bras as the fit was great. Best sports bra was the panache, I’ve worn it as a normal bra whilst home working and home schooling, so comfortable and supportive! You wouldn’t know it was a sports bra.
The communication was fantastic, I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you

I ordered a sports bra and got a very apologetic email the next day examining there had been some sort of stock error. They were very clear in my options moving forward (refund straight away or send me my item express delivery when new stock came into the warehouse). Got another nice email saying they could send me my item by courier. These things happen. Will defo be using Boobydoo in the future

Having placed an order on 14 May and not received a confirmation email I was starting to get a bit concerned when I read some of the reviews. However the post has just arrived with my sports bra, 2 days after ordering. I'm sure people will have different experiences but all I can say is I had a good experience. Just for the record this is a genuine review.

Ordered a bra, the website took the payment but the order didn't actually go through. Now I have no option but to wait 30 days to hopefully get my money back.

Not a great experience. My order never did arrive via Parcelforce which wasn’t boobydoo’s fault but the customer service agent would not send out the order again. They refunded me no problem but could not understand that I wanted the bra for a sporting event so had a deadline. She just wouldn’t budge. I was happy to pay for another order and return the package should I get two but nope.

When she rang my home she asked me to confirm who I was and then starting talking about the order without introducing herself or explaining why she called. Very rude when you have rung someone at home.

Excellent from start to finish despite me being an awkward customer, sending back returns and asking for recommendations which were perfect. I wear sports bras all the time, so glad to find this site. Thanks Emily you were brilliant!!! Debbie

Tried to leave a 2 star review for a sports bra - which had to be reviewed by the company and was never posted. Come on manufacturers who wants to handwash a sportsbra! The service is speedy and returns generally OK but there are no reviews under 4 stars so don't necessarily rely on them.

Read good reviews online and placed an order. My order was missing beyond the promised time. It was a hassle running around to get the items in hand due to missing contact details on the package.

For an international consumer it is ridiculous having to pay again for the postage in order to make exchanges.

Friendly staff however. Would have loved to shop again with them provided I didn't have such a bad experience and if the postage wasn't charged again for exchanges.

You can always rely on Boobydoo for a fast and efficient service.

This company are brilliant and offer very good value for money. I bought 3 Enell Sports Bras and they were the cheapest by far! I ordered at 3.30pm on Wednesday and they arrived at 8am the following day - not by special delivery or anything. Just normal delivery! Thanks so much!

First class service from ordering to receiving parcel. Parcel arrived next day. Website very easy to use. Have ordered several items and never had any problems.

Ordered in black 34D and such a perfect fit I wanted the nude too but it was out of stock. Emailed Boobydoo and they sorted nude bra out really quickly. Recommended Boobydoo to my little sis, she is really happy with her purchases too. Thank you.
