Arnaque

Arnaque ! J'ai acheté une défonceuse avec 60€ de remboursement. Le coût de la machine étant de 129€, j'ai pensé faire une bonne affaire. Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise, quand il a fallu me faire rembourser les 60€. Il n'y avait pas de remboursement possible, malgré le fait que j'ai demandé le remboursement dans les délais. Je suis retourné en magasin, et l'à j'ai appris qu'il y avait une quantité limitée. Or cette information n'apparaît nul part. Je l'impression qu'il se moque de nous. J'ai ramené la machine, et j'ai acheté une autre marque. Moralité, je n'achèterai plus de machine Bosch !

Worthless one year warranty on Bosch pro series tools

Whoever is in charge of the bosch proffesional tool warranty in the UK really does seem to endevour to run their reputation into the ground.
The year warranty is worthless so will be the three year if you extend,they just do not honour repairs.
I will never buy bosch tools ever again, a really bad experience & the poorest of dishonest service you could ever imagine.

Qualität ist unterirdisch

Qualität ist unterirdisch! Akkus absoluter Schrott. Die Geräte selbst sind nicht besser.
Egal ob Akkuschrauber, der nicht ansatzweise sein Drehmoment behält bis zur Flex, die selbst bei schonender Hobbynutzung einen Lagerschaden hat.

Jeder, der bei Temu bestellt, bekommt bessere Qualität

Bosch Deals absolute Verarschung

Bosch Deals absolute Verarschung !
Ich habe über 1000 € netto ausgegeben und wollte zweimal die 499 € Deals bekommen. ( wie auch möglich laut Bosch AGBs )
Leider wurde mir nur einmal der 499 € Deal gegeben.
Grund: ich hätte die Geräte nacheinander registrieren müssen. ( und nicht alle gleichzeitig )
Ich habe sie aber alle gleichzeitig registriert und die Rechnungen dazu hochgeladen. Aus diesem Grund verweigert Bosch Deals die zweite Prämie. Absolute Frechheit.
Nach mehrfachen Hin und her schreiben wurde mir kein Angebot gemacht im Gegenteil. Ich hätte mal besser lesen sollen, hieß es nur......
Für mich spielt es keine Rolle, ob ich die Geräte auf einmal registriere oder auf zweimal für mich hat es nur eine Rolle gespielt wie viel Geld ich habe da liegen lassen. Und auf die Summe hätte ich zweimal die Prämie erhalten müssen.
Absolut kein Entgegenkommen, seitens Bosch, ich habe mehrere E-Mails Adresse kontaktiert. Die meisten haben gar nicht erst geantwortet.
NIE WIEDER BOSCH !

Bosch Lawnmower woes

Purchased a Bosch li-ion Lawnmower in Q3 2023. After 6 weeks use the battery blew in the kitchen whilst on charge. Had to go through the warranty process - send battery back - wait for diagnosis and replacement.
In Q1 2026 machine stopped working. Have to box the machine in readiness for the same process and potential £170 repair. Product and service not aligned with the brand - stay clear

I’ve used Bosch tools for 40 years

I’ve used Bosch tools for 40 years. Recently l ordered some jigsaw blades. I’d just moved house and my old address was still the Bosch system (PayPal express) despite me updating my main PayPal account immediately after l moved. I contacted Bosch 8 minutes after placing the order but was told the delivery address couldn’t amended! The person l spoke to didn’t sound very sure though. They said if the order was returned to them l’d get a refund. Nothing yet.
I think Bosch have streamlined their processes at the expense of the consumer. They need to take a look at Amazon customer service for a valuable lesson in how to get it right. Still, lesson learnt, don’t order direct from Bosch UK.

Ils sont pitoyable, les frais de livraison dépasse le tarif d'une simple courroie qui n'arrive pas ! Plusieurs Mails envoyés, pas de réponse !

Outillage BOSCH PAS DE PIECES DETACHEES !!!

Bosch 3 year warranty.

Be warned....
Who knew that not just the tool but also battery and charger need registering too !
Refused to honour 3 year warranty on defective battery even though i
registered tool promptly when purchased sep 2023.

j'ai envoyé en réparation un marteau…

j'ai envoyé en réparation un marteau burineur, un premier devis a 63€ que je paye et quand je récupère la machine la panne est toujours présente rien a été fait, je retourne cette machine en précisant qu'elle est déjà passée dans leur atelier pour la même panne, je reçois un deuxième devis de 120€, que je paye et quand je récupère ma machine la panne est encore présente. J'ai écrit par mail trois fois au SAV, aucune réponse de leur part, j'ai téléphoné, la réponse a été, on vous contacte rapidement, cela fait presque deux semaines que j'attend et toujours rien. Ils se foutent de nous et en on rien a faire du client. Terminé je n'achète plus de Bosch ni bleue ni vert.

Bosch professional powerless

Customer service nonexistent, trying to get a part to connect a chop saw to a folding Bosch table.
Have switched to another company service provider, excellent service.
Had previously always used bosh products for over 30 years, not anymore I’m afraid!!!!

Habe einige Boschwerkzeuge gekauft für einen Camper Ausbau.
Nachdem ich die Werkzeuge fast regelmäßig benutzt habe. Isr Bosch so tief gesungen das die Qualität sehr stark nachläst. Traurig für ein deutsches unternehmen. Die auch nur noch auf Gewinn Optimierung aus ist.

J'ai envoyé 2 outils en SAV pour des…

J'ai envoyé 2 outils en SAV pour des défauts mineurs ( meuleuse qui se mettait en sécurité parfois et laser avec recalibrage léger à effectué ) . Les 2 fois le SAV BOSCH m'a dit que l'outil était foutu et qu'il fallait le mettre au recyclage , à moins de payer une fortune ( 70 % du prix neuf ) . Et impossible de récupérer son outil dans le même état car il propose de vous le renvoyer démonté ( ce qui est pratique pour un laser ... ) . Tout simplement des voleurs avec une politique malhonnête . Je l'ai fait la 2ème fois pour mon laser parce que je n'avais pas le choix mais je compte leur faire une mauvaise pub à tous les collègues artisans que je connais .
Et malgrè le fait que j'ai + de 5000€ de matos BOSCH PRO , je vais faire une transition progressive pour une autre marque pro . Marre de donner de l'argent à des voleurs .

Bosch indego m700 💩

Déjà plusieurs retours SAV pendant la garantie à cause de pannes répétées. Dernier souci : un mauvais remontage de la base par le SAV, résultat → pluie sur la carte électronique.
Bosch reconnaît l’erreur et accepte de prendre cette carte en charge… mais bloque le retour de mon robot tant que je ne paie pas 400 € pour d’autres réparations alors qu’il fonctionnait "bien"avant (mis à part les petits soucis classiques : retour manuel à la base, sorties de zone, roues qui patinent, etc.).
Depuis cet été, j’échange sans fin avec le SAV, aucune solution, et maintenant plus de réponse du tout, même après avoir demandé à parler à un supérieur.
Marque à fuir, SAV incompétent et abusif, on se retrouve avec un robot coincé chez eux sans possibilité de le récupérer sans payer un supplément injustifié.

Er onwelwillend. Komen niet met een oplossing en geven aan ook geen onderdelen te kunnen sturen.
4x zelfde onderdeel van reciprozaag stuk en geen coulance of medewerking. Ik stap over naar een ander merk.

No invoice and terrible service

I made some purchases from the bosch website on 30JUN25. I was awaiting an invoice which NEVER turned up. I required this as I needed to return one of the items I received. I made many phone calls to the departments to no avail apart from one individual who stated Bosch does not send out invoices now??? Despite all my calls no invoice.
I had one Bosch contact who helped me a great deal so I contacted him on 03SEP25. Yes still no invoice. Just decided to look at their reviews on Trustpilot. Amazing and I wondered why I was getting nowhere!
I was to receive a call/email from someone called Gavin. I spoke to him as I had found my delivery note for the products I ordered on 30JUN25. I was able to give him the appropriate details of the product I needed to return and asked/told him to contact the appropriate department to send me the returns label so I could return the product.
Weeks later and NOTHING. On the 18SEP25 I contacted Gavin as nothing has been received that was requested when I originally spoke to him. It was abundantly clear that he could not be bothered at all to what I had stated to him yet he states in his email, I know you did mention you had trouble writing emails and using a keyboard so if you need us to do this for you, please let me know and we will then start this for you. I had already stated what I requested and clearly ignored.
To add insult to injury he then deliberately ignored how my name was spelt and deliberately put his own version on the email.
I am proud of my name and do not tolerate rude, ill mannered and disrespectful individuals who cannot read English and show their illiteracy. He was rebuked in my follow up email and he could not even be bothered to apologise at all. I will require a written apology, in the post, so in future you may show Bosch customers a modicum of respect and take note of what is required and don’t just fire off an email ignoring what was required in the first place.

Bosch GCM305-254D mitre saw. Disappointment

purchased a new Bosch GCM305-254D mitre saw expecting a premium product. Very disappoiting product considering the premium price tag. I have an older version there is no comparison every corner has been cut with the new product. Any main stream budget saw would be comparable and almost a third of the price.It works as it should but the quality just is not there.

Incredibly poor service

Incredibly poor service, saw not shipped adequately protected as it was wrapped in pallet wrap on a loose pallet and no explanation from them just basically it is what it is, and now out of square (possibly due to impact). You try to contact someone and because you question things they start to come across rudely, slow service and slow at emails.

I will not be purchasing Bosch Professional tools again
