Every thing was very easy and convenient. The only small point I would make, which was not a problem, is that it would be good to have the receipt for the merchandise automatically. But requesting was straightforward and it arrived very quickly.

Call/SMS/Email before delivery
It would have been perfect to just get a call or something before the delivery. I wasn't home at time of delivery and got lucky my roommate was.
Just in case nobody is there and we can tell the BNO where they can leave the package.
Otherwise, 10/10. Product is great.
