Great choices at great prices. Good delivery.

Horrible and rude customer service. Parcelforce lost the parcel and after a month and multiple phone calls they claim it is now sent back to the sender.

The sender refuses to acknowledge and continually repeats the tracking which I can also see but is incorrect claiming they attempted to deliver which they didn't - we have cameras all around our property and delivery attempts have not been made.

A good business vs. bad business is established when something goes wrong. As the seller, these guys can claim compensation through Parcelforce which I can't but they refuse to take any responsibility.

Would have been a customer for years and I ordered shoes for my kids and wife but never again am I dealing with this amateur business.

Brantano were very quick to provide an invoice and dispatch the item (skechers trainers) to me. The item arrived promptly, was the correct size and in perfect condition. The price was very competitive too.

Was told I would receive a refund in 5 to 7 days. We on day 9 now and still nothing. No reply to emails.

Excellent first-time customer experience buying a pair of Skechers slip-in trainersfrom Brantano's online site and the best ever price I have seen for this particular brand and style - and its a style in Skechers current stock, not an old or discontinued line. My order arrived promptly and well packaged. Would definitely order ftom this company again based on my initial consumer experience using them.

Avoid this store at all costs. I’ve never encountered such poor service from an online retailer. They consistently fail at the basics:
• I received a damaged item
• It takes them up to 72 hours to respond to emails, leaving you in limbo with no resolution
• They offered just a £5 discount (item value £115), so I chose to return the product
• Calling their customer service gets you nowhere. They refuse to help and insist only the person handling your original email can process your case. This policy is baffling and incredibly inefficient

I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

On placing the order in error I immediately sent an email to ask to cancel and it was ignored. I received a receipt for the purchase and then a thank you for signing up with us! I had not signed up with them and then on receiving my email they said too late to cancel.
I shall never buy from this company again especially as the same shoes are on Amazon for much less than I paid. What a rip off.

I would say that I have received excellent customer service.

Recently rediscovered Brantano since they went to online only and I was not disappointed. Excellent value and found exactly what I was looking for at a bargain price. There was a small issue with the delivery address but I got in touch with the courier who got my items to me at the 2nd attempt. Packaging was some of the best I’ve seen. Will certainly use again in future.

Fantastic customer service regarding a faulty product. Very quick to respond, and understanding to the issue. Would highly recommend moving forwards.

I ordered 2 pairs of Skechers and after I placed the order I realised they were the wrong size. I then ordered another 2 pairs in the right size and rang up customer services straight away to cancel the first order. They said I couldn’t cancel as the order had already gone through, I would just have to return them when they came. I sent them back as soon as they got delivered having to pay £13 to return them. Then I only got refunded for 1 pair. They are saying they only received 1 pair. I’m out of pocket of 1 pair of trainers and £13 postage. I sent in receipt of postage and they saying the weight is only 1 pair. But the post office man weighed it in front of me and put the labels on. And would it really cost £13 to send 1 pair back. It’s so unfair. It’s a lot of money to lose for something that isn’t my fault. There must have been a mix up there end and I’m losing out. I will never buy from them again

Prompt efficient service and good pricing

I ordered a pair of shoes almost a month ago but they arrived faulty. The seams at the front didn't match and it was very noticeable. I had to literally beg them for a returns label (even crying on the phone) and it's now almost two weeks since they received them back yet still no refund. I've seen another review from a lady who was refunded almost immediately for faulty goods, so why am I being treated differently? This has been my first time shopping with this company and it certainly will be my last.

Purchased golf shoes and questioned brantano about the quantity due to insole on one shoe sitting uneven asked if they were seconds
Was assured they were not seconds
But after only 13 months one and only one shoe as cracking and flaking and to be honest look like a pair of shoes 4 years old
I sent pictures of the shoes with a complaint but were told this is wear and tear ( ha ha ) looks like I was wearing one shoe more than the other for only one shoe to wear so much
Will not be going anywhere near brantano again
Lesson learned for me and hope this review helps all you golfer out there

Received prompt action when I contacted them regarding a pair of boots. I had checked with the size guide on the website for my correct size only to find on receiving them , the UK size did not match the EU size and was a whole size smaller. I contacted them and pointed out as I was not at fault, the return postage should be refunded. After verifying the size on the boot, I was immediately sent a pre-paid return label with apologies. Impressed with their response.
My only criticism is as they do not do exchanges, I will have to wait for my refund before ordering the correct size replacement.
