This is beyond frustrating. I ordered shoes in my size, but what I got is clearly wrong. I’ve even sent photos of the sole showing the incorrect size, yet you're still refusing to take responsibility and claiming it's the right size. How is this my problem? Why should I have to pay for return shipping when it’s your mistake? This whole situation is ridiculous. Avoid this company at all costs – they clearly don’t care about their customers or taking responsibility for their errors.

I ordered shoes and paid for it but tgey said it is out of stock already. They took my payment very fast but refund is 7 days.

Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Ordered some shoes for dogwalking. Appeared to fit but after fifteen minutes walking had a large blister on the back of my heel and had to return home in some pain. Brantano are now refusing to accept the returned items as they have been worn. How else was this supposed to come to light? Obviously not fit for purpose and complete lack of customer care. I would have looked for alternatives from them but after this treatment I will be taking my custom and money elsewhere!
I have recently had boots from Clarks, Mole Valley and Moshulu, all of which have had issues after wearing for a short while and none of these companies have had any issues with having goods returned and issuing a refund. Brantano just want to take your money and don't care whether their goods are fit for purpose.

I cancelled an order only two hours after it was placed as the order confirmation showed the wrong size.
Two days later I received an email saying it was too late as the order had been dispatched!
And I would have to return the shoes after filling in a returns form and sending them back with the enclosed returns label.
I shan’t be ordering from Brantano again and shall stick to Begg Shoes of Amazon
Update: Royal Mail has returned the order to sender (unopened) I have supplied tracking proof of this but still have to wait 14 days for the return to be processed plus 5-7 days for the refund to go to my account!
Unbelievable, I shall never use this company again or recommend it to any of my family and friends!

I bought these shoes after I visited sketchers westfield shop, these were a fraction of the price.

Trying to get a refund for faulty goods is like trying to get blood out of a stone!
I accept that occasionally faulty goods are sent out but the customer service is appalling. I waited three days for a response to my initial e-mail and only got a reply when I sent a second e-mail.
Photos were requested of the fault which is fair enough but also of the base of the shoes to prove I had not worn them which was totally unnecessary and proof of receipt/proof of purchase which again was totally unnecessary as this was an online sale. I had to send a screenshot to them.
Eventually a return label was grudgingly provided.
However, a full refund was not issued.
The delivery fee was withheld.
I have had to contact customer services again.
What a waste of my time.
What a stressful experience.
What a dreadful way to treat your valued customers Brantano!

Excellent customer service. Polite, efficient and helpful. Quick response to queries. Delivery is fast and there is a great variety of reasonably priced shoes on the easy to navigate website.

First order from this company. Great prices and my Skechers trainers arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Delighted.

I ordered size 6 slippers and there was a pair of size 5 in the box. To send them back & get free postage back & a full refund I was asked to send a photo of the size 5 label which I did. Quite a few days later I was asked to send photos of the box & the paperwork to prove that they had sent the wrong size in the box. A few days later I was asked to print out a label and take them to a Post Office. Around a week after I sent them back they emailed me to let me know I would get a refund. A few days later they refunded the cost of the slippers but not my delivery charge. I had to contact them again to get a refund on the delivery charge which again took a few days to arrive in my account. Time taken from order to getting all of my money back was almost a month. They don't have a way orf sending a new order out so I would have had to re-order to hopefully get the right size. I have ordered from Wyndsors who turned out to be cheaper. Bye bye Brantano.

I ordered some size 12 crocs. Brantano sent size 13. The bag was also ripped. I simply want to get them replaced with the correct size. I phoned and was advised to photograph the shoes and the bag and wait for a free return label. After a few days I got a reply to say that I should return the crocs at my own cost and that if the packaging was damaged I may not get a refund. Not sure if they had even looked at my email . I am returning the shoes and will see what happens but am left with a rather disappointed feeling. I will post another review again when I find out what they are going to do. Far too much hassle.
