Outstanding service from Rowan at Brayleys Nissan Wolverhampton!
From the moment we walked in, Rowan was absolutely brilliant — friendly, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the whole process of getting my new Nissan Qashqai an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Good Experience during Car Purchase.
Generally, i had a good experience at Brayley Nissan Wolverhampton. The staff welcomed us to the showroom, which was clean and welcoming, and were introduced to Asha Babber, to guide us through which vehicle we were interested in, and took 2 test drives to make sure we had chosen the right car for us. Asha explained in detail the paperwork from ordering to collectionof the vehicle, and sorted any minor things we asked about. She explained in great detail the vehicle controls. I am happy with my purchase and the service i received. thanks to all of the staff we met, and in particular Asha.

Vehicle reserved and deposit paid, but sold to someone else
I reserved a Tesla Model 3 Long Range AWD with Brayleys Nissan Wolverhampton and received a confirmation email stating my deposit (£99) had been paid and the car was removed from sale.
However, the next day I was informed that the vehicle had already been sold to another customer by a different branch.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional; if a car is confirmed as reserved and payment is taken, it should not be sold elsewhere.
Very disappointing experience and a waste of time.

Easy to book appointment. Friendly, attentive staff on arrival ( Chris). Advised on work being carried out and time scales for completion. Contacted by telephone when vehicle was ready ( around time estimated originally). Friendly staff on collection ( Laurence). Work carried out explained. Accompanying paperwork given. Hassle free experience from start to finish. Great service.

Really helpful staff, car repaired and ready to be picked up when said. Price paid was price quoted and had the option of paying in one go or monthly.
