Love the shirt, arrived quickly and all at a fair price!

I've bought two Breton tops recently. Both are medium but one is really comfy and soft and the other is really tight. The description for the pin stripe one says it's a square shape but why would that be the reason it's so much tighter?

everything was perfect: sizes, quality of the shirts, transport.

The service, quality and fabric are wonderful. At 5’7” I was surprised at the length of this shirt and it will require alteration. Might want to make a note of that in description.

Lovely, but not cheap, and the sizings are tiny.

Ordered a medium short-sleeve shirt. The shirt was very small, too small for me. I emailed the company twice about this and got no reply. I'm thin and medium is what I usually order. I now have a shirt that I can’t wear.

Fabulous clothes

Good quality and well delivered, but neck shape was wider than expected.

After I alter this it will be fine. I will shorten the length and make 2.5 inch side slits on the new hem. Also, the upper sleeves are much too wide. I will sew a new seam to narrow them. I am 5'5'' and weigh 105 lb.
The fabric is nice.

My shirt arrived but not what I expected. I was searching the one Princess Kate wore recently w boatneck NOT CREW NECK.

IT FIT NICELY LARGE ON THE SLEEVES. BODICE.
AFTER A WASH shirt SHRANK AND IS NOW TOO FORMFITTING.
I want to return as defective.

Second order from Breton. Nice quality items, decent delivery, nice company.

I expected more room in the collar and sleeves. They feel tight although the rest is comfortable.

Paid an extra €15 for 1-day delivery and received the goods after 9 days. Everything would have been fine if they had informed me about the delay. For me, this goes in the same category as cheap Chinese suppliers like Temu.

They incorrectly describe their shirts, and when it's brought to their attention, instead of making it right, they double down and expect YOU to pay for their mistake.

Describing two different shirts as "vin" and "rouge" when the red used in both shirts is exactly the same and then saying "but one has ecru stripes and one has white" is a marketing foul-up. Why use two different words for different colors of red when both reds are the same and the distinction between the two shirts is the color WHITE?

When I pointed it out, they told me it was "not your place" to comment on their descriptions. Really? They want to sell you their overpriced, thin, Old Navy knockoff t-shirts, but if you point out an issue, they insult you.

Then they tell you to send the shirt back at your own expense, which winds up being almost the cost of the shirt itself. So you get double-billed for an unwanted, incorrect item. Even if they refund you the $42 you paid, you've still paid close to that just for shipping the product back, so it can hardly be considered a refund because you're out the same amount of money, except you have no shirt. So you paid close to $42 for shipping and then have neither been made whole, nor do you have what you ordered.

Be VERY careful with this company. Just look at their response below. Refusing to address the very simple issue I pointed out, and continuing to double down and insist there's no problem. When obviously, using two different words to describe the SAME color is a problem.

Absolutely rude to deal with, no concern for customer retention, and a terrible company.

Size runs smaller than expected
