Well made no threads colors vibrant heavy weight material, an excellent shirt

I am in the United States and the shipping information was accurate and reasonably priced. Also, the tracking kept me aware of the arrival of my shirts.
The quality of these shirts is undeniable. From the moment you feel the weight of the packaged shirt you know you made a correct choice.

The shirt is very comfortable. But, following the guideline and sizing up for a relaxed fit proved to be a mistake. Although the body of the shirt fit comfortably, the sleeves seemed out-of-proportion. The sleeves of my woman's shirt seemed to have been made for a woman body builder. Aside from the sleeves, the shirt body fit quite well and did I mention this is a very comfortable shirt?
I usually wear a size M (US) and should have stayed with that. I'm certain (now) that my usual size would have been "relaxed" enough.

Great experience, very communicative seller when I had shipping questions (7 to 10 business days overseas–mine came in 7). Use the measurements, swallow your pride and go up a size if you're American (I'm between USA L and XL–ordered an XXL and it's perf). The fabric is amazing, my one issue is the looseness of the hem stitch–got caught pulling over my head the second time I wore and pulled out about 6" of the waist hem. I'll fix, it'll look cool being a little different–just take care. All in all, I plan to order more.

Getting the correct size was easy (just needed to measure myself), the ordering process was easy, the quality of the shirt is great! It's soft but densely knitted, very comfortable. My shirt arrived in (I think) 14 days, so a little longer than the 7-10 estimate, which wasn't egregious. The only drawback was the lack of package tracking for shipping overseas. If my package had gotten hung up in Customs or lost it would have been much harder to track down.

Extremely long shipping, wrong color, had to pay return shipping so I’ll live with it. I’ll never order from here again

I am about to be very honest. There is a choice between Men’s and Women’s on your site. I chose Men’s and chose two of the same. I followed the ordering and sizing instructions. I had a friend measure my chest and shoulders twice for accuracy. I like roomy clothes so I ordered the next size up XXL. Traditionally I wear a L. The shirts arrived and they were difficult to get into. I had to have a friend help me with taking them off. I emailed Breton and was repeatedly told that the fault was mine and I didn’t follow the sizing instructions. I was also informed that the clothing is unisex, that there is no Men’s/Women’s option,but that is nowhere to be seen on the website. I was told that I could exchange them with a return fee of 22.00 USD per shirt. That is half the cost of the total invoice. They balked at covering the shipping return and repeatedly told me that the fault is mine and that I was measured incorrectly. The person who measured me was in Men’s suits at I. Magnin in San Francisco so he knows how to take measurements.
I have told everyone I know about this experience, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have saved a few of the emails as proof of my negative experience.

I love the quality of the shirt.

OK quality and service but for the price (especially if you're shopping in $$, I'd just go with the originals (Orcival and Armor-Lux) which are similarly priced and better quality (weight of the material). BS shirts are made in Portugal, which is fine... but why not opt for "Made in France" for the full experience... especially if quality is better and price is the same?
