Mykell was extremely helpful, he explained everything in detail which was easy to follow and also listened to what we had to say. Also without being pushy he agreed with our choice of vehicle, even helped with a couple of small alterations we requested.

I took my time to make a review as i want to have more experiences with the Van.I bought a Vauxhall Vivaro 3 months ago and its performing so good.Customer service was so good from the sales team as they went to the extremes to assist me.My only worry is about charging me mileage on the first Van which I initially bought and was faulty, also the after sales department doesn’t offer enough help.Overall im happy and will come back for my next Van / car and i will recommend others.

Everything good until I was about to leave. I then said am I insured till I get home, thinking that was the usual. Only to be told no insurance. If I hadn’t asked I could have driven off with no insurance. Just think it should have been made clear about the insurance apart from that it went well.

Suffice to say, with Craig's utterly professional way, super fast responses to any query be that via email or over the phone, kind and transparent manner, I was convinced this was the right dealership, with the right car, to buy from. Indeed, I am very grateful, and relieved, to have found the perfect car for me. I bought it, and drove it away yesterday having travelled over four hours by train to pick it up.
