I feel it is only fair that I score my experience higher than the lowest rating, as the company does usually try to reach some sort of resolution.

However, when you look through the reviews, you’ll notice very few lower-scored ones. In my experience, this is because customers are offered a resolution if they agree to remove their review. I feel this is unfair to potential customers, who deserve to see honest feedback and know what the customer service is really like.

My car had so many problems after purchase. While many were eventually rectified, how many times should a customer reasonably be expected to return again and again for issues that keep reoccurring? There were far too many faults to list them all here.

I did receive a partial refund, which I appreciate, but this doesn’t change my overall experience.

For transparency, my previous review was removed after I was asked to take it down in exchange for the company covering the cost of the repairs. I feel strongly that consumers deserve to make informed decisions based on genuine customer experiences
