This is the first time ordering from here, and I have to say I’m VERY impressed. I ordered on Weds (late afternoon) and the products were delivered before lunch the very next day! I have been looking for reasonably priced Jolly Ranchers for years, and the price of them from here is amazing! I will certainly be back. From a very happy customer, currently stuffing my face with Cherry Hershey Kisses 😋

They sell short dated condiments without informing you that you're being short changed and will expire before you consume them. You would normally expect a year if purchasing soya sauce from a surpermarket but Broadway's policy is to only inform customers of the short expiry date if it's less than a month.

I purchased 200 sachets of gluten free soya sauce for a few trips to South East Asia over the next year. They arrived, and expire in 3 months. I have bought sriratcha and sweet chilli sauce from other suppliers and they don't expire until 2026.

I contacted Broadway as it's unrealistic to use two sachets a day, before they expire, particularly when I bought them with the intention to use throughout the year. They replied about their month policy. This would mean that I would only be made aware that i was buying short dated stock at the point I would need to consume 7 sachets a day! They will only refund me if I pay the cost of postage for the return. Therefore, not able to return them as I will be further left out of pocket by paying the postage for both receiving and returning the goods that weren't fit for purpose at no fault of my own.

Looking at other reviews mentioning receiving short dated stock I can only presume that they purchase bin price stock from wholesalers and then sell on what is sub standard stock. It's deceitful to sell usually long life goods, with a short expiry date, whilst failing to inform customers of this prior to purchase.

More than half of the products I received were past their expiration date by two months

Ordered a few items, 2 chocolate bars had 2 weeks date on, cereal had 3 weeks date on and the box of chocolates I've bought as a Xmas present have 31 dec 24 best before. Won't be ordering again

Always get my USA Coffee Mate creamers from here as they have the best selection and prices. They also seem to have more stock than other American Grocery stores. Shipping is affordable and links into my shop app to track delivery.

Purchased a box of 50 creamers on 13th August 2024received 15th And shelf life is best before September 2024.
I contacted the company who advised that this is Standard practice as long as the shelf life from date of purchase is one month. Something to be aware of if purchasing from this company, not fresh produce.** Update received 50 percent refund and expiry date now shown on website**
