How long does it usually take for delivery

Ordered and came within 24 hours, brilliant hoodie, i understand why they are so popular, fits well and is really cosy

TO ANYONE WANTING A REFUND FOR THEIR ONLINE PURCHASE...please read how we got ours:

Quick background...My son ordered a hoodie, when it arrived (late) he didn't like it and wanted to return it. Broken Planet will tell you the item has to be faulty or damaged in order to receive a refund. This is ILLEGAL.

Here are some useful tips and places to go outlining the UK's Distance Selling rules. Not offering a full refund for things like a hoodie is illegal. As an online customer, you legally have 14 days from its arrival to return the item and are at no obligation to give a reason why.

On the UK Government’s website you will find the law on returns and refunds. Under Distance Selling and Accepting Returns and Giving Refunds.

You will see the section regarding refund for items bought through ‘distance selling’. I have copied and pasted the paragraph…

"Online, mail and phone order sales
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason."

The CAB website also have a section on returning goods bought online and a template letter.

I hope this all helps. In our email reply to BP we outlined all the laws above. They came back and offered a refund straight away, no objections. I think this speaks volumes. Clearly they are trying to scam people who are not aware of the Distance Selling Law in the UK. It is outrageous.

Broken Planet, if you read this, I have asked several times for the address to return the hoodie back too. Please can you respond.

Wish there was a 0 star rating. Ordered in December. Received an email 10 days later being told that due to a technical fault my order had been refunded. After contacting them twice I was informed my refund would take a few days. Then I received an email to say my order had been processed. I have emailed twice since and received no response. I have no hoodie and no refund. Disgusting.

After reading the reviews, I had little hope that my order would arrive. Even though my order didn't arrive before Christmas like I hoped they have arrived. My son is really happy with the hoodies. Thanks Broken Planet

I had a tough time with my recent Black Friday Mystery Release order, and I want to share my disappointment.

I bought two hoodies during the Black Friday sale, and it seems they weren't ready for the high number of orders. Many customers, including me, faced delays. I reached out to customer support on December 18th, but got no response.

Finally, on December 27th, I got my hoodies, but had to pay an extra 77 euros for shipping because of additional taxes for orders over 150 euros. In total, I paid 277 euros for the two mystery hoodies.

To make things worse, both hoodies were exactly the same – same color, same design, and the quality wasn't great. It's disappointing to spend time and money and end up with duplicate items that aren't up to standard. This experience has made me question the reliability and customer service of this company.

3weeks After ordering i got this mail. I dont know who runs this shop but this is obv not the way. Very disgusting

After two weeks of waiting for a Christmas gift I was informed my order couldn’t be completed as they sold more than the stock available. Absolutely appalling. The two options are refund (which there is no hope of them actually doing and if they did god knows how long it would take) or a different item that the description of was so vague I have no clue what I would be getting. Messaged for help on multiple social media platforms and by email and fear i will be out of pocket so close to the holidays. Very upset with the way the company deal with things could not recommend you will be robbed.

Absolute joke, wasn't confident ordering but my son thought this was the best and only way to have something he really wanted, I didn't want to be proved right.
Can I have option one please, so the money can be used on a gift he wants and will have for Christmas, with a 30% discount on something he won't be able to afford.

Past the fashion craze and the let's-jump-on-the-gravy-train of "save the planet" marketing strategy, their hoodies' quality is not warranting the pricetag. Dispatch times are ok. Mystery sale brought a sad looking khaki hoodie with no redeeming features. Won't be making that mistake again.

joke only received 1 hoodie, ordered 2 showed them email confirmation and still said not ordered do not order I am taking further

Don't have anything to do with any company calling itself Broken Planet and selling hoodies. Absolute ripoff! Item not delivered. Emails ignored! Took over a month to get my money back from PayPal. Theifing scammers!

Terrible customer support. Asked for an exchange from a large to a medium at the listed exchange email address and they denied I had ordered from them despite providing tracking number and reference.

Order 2 hoodies from this website, they came after a week of waiting and were horrible quality, complete fakes of the real broken planet. Chinese language and Ali Express labels all over the packages. Refused to refund me so went to PayPal dispute. Do not buy from here.

What an absolute Joke of a company i called them to ask where my order was and they told me it was being processed they then mentioned they would send an update on this hoodie i have had absolutely nothing from them and now when i go onto tracking the product it no longer exists. stay well clear of these guys unless you are happy to lose your money

I would give 0 stars if allowed!! I ordered a hoodie 26/7/23 and still not delivered. Sent multiple emails and wats apps and no reply at all. Have an extremely disappointed 14 year old! Utter scam and do not order from here, I’m now claiming a refund through PayPal!

Ordered a few times from here, even though everything sells out quickly, I always manage to cop at least one thing I like. I love the idea that the merch is limited, makes copping even more fun. Love their stuff so much, fits amazing. I can't wait to see their next drop and see the brand take off even more.

This is an utter scam. Please do not waste your money. My son has been ripped off and when the delivery came. He received a letter with confirmation to say so. Claiming the money back through indemnity!!

I have ordered from Broken planet 28th of May and still haven’t received my items. I have tried to contact the courier company and Broken planet through email but they are refusing to help me because I have made an re delivery arrangements. I have made that arrangement because they failed to deliver my items when I was home by the time I get to the door which is like half seconds they delivery guy was gone and I have been waiting for next 72h hoping they gonna deliver again but no sign of the delivery that is when I made that arrangement on 5th of June. But today is 19th of June still haven’t received my items. It has been really horrible service just wanted them to contact delivery company again refund me my money at this point. All this stress and time they have given and taken from me I deserve that.
It’s ridiculous that a big company like this can’t even solve my small problem when everyday on social media their employees can be seen sitting round making TikTok’s
Don’t bother buying from them!
