Hoodie arrived and not Broken Planet on the label and instead labelled as Four Caccus. Not a geniune item and looking to return!

Hoodie besteld in januari, lag vervolgens een maand later bij de douane en ligt daar nu nog steeds. Wordt van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd en zit nog steeds zonder geld of trui.

If I could give zero stars I would! Item shrunk from small men’s to child’s size despite following the washing instructions. When I got in touch for a return I was told they don’t accept returns that have been worn - this contravenes consumer rights. Really disappointing for a company who appear to have the right idea from a planet friendly point of view. What a shame as I would have been a repeat customer.

Coming up to 3 weeks and no sign of my order or responses to emails/instagram messages. Nice clothing but dreadful customer service. Wouldn't order again, not worth it.

Ordered a hoodie from a friend and this company did not fail to deliver a top quality hoodie. Defo be coming back.

it took me too long to figure out password and when i did and ordered a hoodie it never came.

My order still hasn’t arrived. It’s been 25days now, despite their policy saying 5-15! And I payed £5 for shipping and can’t seem to get though to get my money back!

Ordered 2 weeks ago and still my order hasn’t been despatched… don’t even want the hoodie anymore! It’s ridiculous that a big company like this can’t even get more staff to despatch orders when everyday on social media their employees can be seen sitting round making TikTok’s

Placed an order 1,5weeks ago, tracking haven't update since then. Tried contact them twice via email and they never replied! Awfull customer service

Fast customer service response, I was worried i had ordered from the wrong website and wasted money on nothing, they not only reassured me the website address was correct but confirmed my order was in their system

Ordered a hoodie off the boxing day drop, for it to be incorrectly addressed to me as they forgot to put on the house number, royal mail had to send it back to them, i’ve tried emailing them about it for 2 days, still no answer, embarrassment of a company

Ordered from this company during Black Friday. Never received my goods/orders and have been chasing for weeks. No one has had the courtesy to follow up with me, it’s always been me chasing them.

Their original claim was that they hadn’t shipped my goods due to the Royal Mail strike. However, since then, they’ve been dropping new clothing collections and I’ve seen social media posts from others receiving their orders. Though, I still haven’t received my BF order.

Facts are, they took on more orders than they had the capacity to fulfil. The Royal Mail strike at a similar time was the perfect excuse to ensure customers kept waiting for their orders. I now need to request a refund when they should be sending me the original goods I got my hands on and refunding me for the time wasted!

Would strongly recommend steering clear of this company…

Ordered from a mystery drop to be sent the same item I already have. and then to be told it can’t be swapped. Should take more concern for customers when charging extortionate amounts for clothing. Especially when saying ‘we have a team checking previous orders’ when choosing mystery items. Ridiculous.

Love this brand! Ordered 3 times already, it is unique with the drops and ethically made streetwear is awesome. I am trying to stop buying fast fashion and support brands like these (which I cannot seem to find a lot) and buy vintage. A great way to be stylish and good for the world! Good quality, shipping is not that fast +/- 3/4 weeks to the Netherlands, but that is fine for me. I also follow the brand on social media and they do a really good job. I got nice quality free socks that are really warm and soft because they ran out of my size. Instead I chose a bigger size pants and it fits even better than what I would have ordered. Hopefully, there will be a pop-up in the Netherlands soon 👀

I accidentally ordered a wrong pair of shorts, so I contacted them over instagram and they immediately changed my order to the right pair of shorts and wrote back on instagram to update me.

Can’t wait for this brand to blow up even more

absolutely great. i recommend this to all my friends. and they do it for a good cause. shipping takes less than a week. only problem is that the jeans aren’t well-made: threads sticking out, thin material and the tag on the insides stitches can be seen from outside, also an overall poor fit(waist was not 32 but infact 36 despite it saying so). i understand that they are a small business but for the price, it’s not worth it. if they can fix that then absolutely no faults whatsoever xxx
