Rachael Garrett was excellent
Compared to the 2 other companies I spoke with that do this kind of thing, Buckeye was the gold standard. 2 didn’t reply at all. The 2 that did, aside from Buckeye, we’re staffed by people who didn’t know their own program. Contradicted themselves, and had no qualms about raising their voices.
