Budget great job
Budget told us fitters would arrive between 8/9 bang on 8 they arrived. Introduced themselves and straight on with the job. What a team first class job they never stopped fitted 11 windows and 2 doors within 2 days. 10/10

An excellent experience!
Today I had my kitchen back door installed.
Rob the installer was friendly and professional.
He explained about the components of the door which make it secure and robust.Then he set to work and finished it in good time. He was very tidy and took all the rubbish away along with my old door.
I was delighted with the outcome. The door looks amazing and makes my kitchen.
I unreservedly recommend Budget Windows if you are wanting a first class service.

Poor service
When the sales rep xame, I asked for 2 sash windows, exactly the same with same finishes as my existing sash windows. I asked for chrome fittings and got white. One minute somebody phoned me saying it would be changed, the next minute it is my fault as on the survey it says white. I was very hesitant to pay full amount before installation but had no choice. Now nothing I can do apart from being upset whenever I look at the 2 sash windows with white fittings. I saved hard for those windows and I wish I had stuck to the previous company. Very poor customer service. Only interested in the morning ey.

Dear Marie, I’m sorry to hear that you aren’t happy with the service provided, it obviously not what we want to hear. I understand and share your frustration, however the contract will have on what colour the hardware was and also the surveyor would double check that before manufacture goes ahead, so it’s very unusual for there to be any dispute afterwards in relation to colour choices. Obviously we want all of our customers to be happy so what I will do is speak with the manufacturer and see if anything can be done retrospectively to swap the hardware and one of our team will be in touch with the result. Thanks for highlighting your issue to us and we will be contact you in due course.
Accurate and professional
My door was to be a replacement for a uPVC door fitted into a non-standard Victorian doorway. The existing door had been a poor quality bodged job. The fitters removed everything back to the original brickwork. The installation was precise and accurately fitted and well finished.

Excellent service from Budget windows. I had a bedroom bay window fitted by Rob. He’s a super guy , helpful and friendly and he did a marvellous job . Clean and tidy workmanship . He definitely deserves a five star rating .

Door fitted today by 2 lads who have done a fantastic job, turned up on time and were very professional (thank you). Every sales person or representative I have dealt with throughout the process have been absolutely lovely and very helpful. The door and side panel I have had fitted are beautiful and finished to a high standard. I would 100% recommend this company and will use again.

3 sash style windows fitted
I had 3 new sash style windows fitted at the front of my 1860s house. I chose green to match the period of the house. Rob the installer did an excellent job both inside and out and I've had many positive comments from neighbours and others locally. I couldn't be happier with the end result and the window quality.

The two fitters that installed the windows were fantastic.
They were very fast, efficient, friendly and professional.
We did not have to make them food or drinks as they brought their own and we basically just let them get on with the job with no problems.
