Appalling service,poor,won’t buy

Rubbish customer service. This company and more importantly its boss are a joke. Mat Armstrong knows more about their cars than they do. Chumps. It’s just an expensive Audi. They look so bad.

Help out Matt Armstrong rebuild his friends bugatti.

ch habe bei Bugatti einen Pullover bestellt. Nach erheblichem Lieferverzug habe ich mich sachlich beschwert. Daraufhin wurde meine bereits bestätigte Bestellung einfach storniert – ohne jede Information oder Rücksprache.

Statt eine Lösung anzubieten, wird der Kaufvertrag kommentarlos beendet. Das ist weder kundenfreundlich noch professionell und wirkt, als wolle man berechtigte Reklamationen einfach „loswerden“.

Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice für eine Marke, die sich hochwertig gibt.

How are people reviewing Bugatti as a bad company but can’t afford one their self 🙏. The cars are way out of the world, and of course the customer service is poor since they have strict rules to purchase a car. Like you have to own a nice car before

Disappointing Customer Service from a Prestigious Brand

Despite Bugatti’s prestigious reputation, my experience has been disappointing.

The company has not responded to any of my questions, comments, or even orders. One of my clients made a payment to finalize a deal, yet Bugatti still failed to address our inquiries or provide any updates.

While the brand’s image is impressive, their customer service feels dismissive and indifferent, overlooking the very people who support their success: the customers.

Despite Bugatti’s prestigious reputation, my experience has been disappointing.

Vraiment pas de bonne qualité.le semblant de cuir qui pèle je peux donner deS photos à l appui .tres tres mauvaise qualité.
Les chaussures de mon mari sont dans le mm état les coutures ce decousent très très déçu en plus pas de service après vente.aucun geste commercial

J’ai acheter en 2022 deux sofa haut de gamme électrique!
En 2023 un siège a cesser de fonctionner, ils sont venue réparer, en 2024 encore le même siège ne fonctionne pas, je doute que je devrai encore payer pour la réparation
Alors éviter de payer plus de 7400.00 pour un sofa qui est toujours non fonctionnel

Gute Qualität sehr schnelle, stylische, moderne Autos. Preis-Leistung relativ gut

Their cars are literally out of this world! It is a whole new experience to feel that kind of power. Very easy to yield cars too, you know, four wheel drive and stuff, yet still very powerful. Not your daily drive, but even if you can rent one to take out for a spin a day or two, you will feel the difference. The problem is, while renting may be possible, buying is almost not an option, it is super expensive.

the chiron is my best car in my garage as well as my Lamborghini aventador svj roadster and my ferrari and mclaren so as my Audi r8 so the chiron is amazing really beacause it is sooooooo comfy and fast so i would recommend it best deal even though it mad expensive so i would have it if i was u....

once in a lifetime experience! Test drove it and fell in love with it immediately.
