I honestly regret buying these Bugatti sneakers more than any pair of shoes I’ve ever owned. From the very first wear, it was a complete disaster.

First of all, the sweating is absolutely insane. My feet have never sweat this much in any other shoes — not even in the middle of summer. It feels like there is zero breathability, like my feet are wrapped in plastic. The materials feel incredibly cheap for a brand that tries to position itself as premium. The upper looks okay at first glance, but once you actually wear them, you realize how low-quality everything is. The inside lining feels rough and poorly finished, and the sole has that stiff, artificial feel that doesn’t adapt to your foot at all.

Comfort? Non-existent. These shoes are unbelievably uncomfortable to wear. There is no proper support, and they feel awkward and unnatural from the moment you put them on. Walking in them feels like a chore rather than something you don’t even think about — which is what good shoes should do.

And the worst part: the blisters. I’ve never been this badly chafed by a pair of sneakers in my life. Within a single day, I had painful blisters on my heels and sides of my feet. It honestly felt like the shoes were working against me instead of fitting my foot.

Overall, these are by far the worst sneakers I’ve ever purchased. Cheap materials, terrible comfort, zero breathability, and they absolutely destroyed my feet. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone — not even at half the price.

Worse shoes I have ever owned. Day one on the toe the material started to come of on the right shoe. So I decided to really mind them. They last 4 months and they are literally falling apart. They were down from €130 to €90. A €50 pair lasted me over 2 years and I didn't mind them half as well as these shoes and only replaced them due to ware, not litterly falling apart.

Erst nach der Schuhbestellung (zwei für meinen Mann u d zwei Paar für mich) habe ich die negativen Bewertungen gelesen und war verunsichert. Wir überlegten sogar, die Bestellung sofort wieder zu stornieren.

Die Lieferung aller vier Paar Schuhe kam sehr zügig, die Schuhe waren vorbildlich verpackt.

Wir sind erfreut über die schönen, qualitativ guten Schuhe und können nur eine Empfehlung des Shops weitergeben.

Katastrophal. Ich hatte einen Schuh bestellt, der eigentlich nach ungefähr 3 Tagen ankommen sollte (stand so), jedoch kam es nach mehreren Wochen nicht an. Daraufhin habe ich versucht per mail und telefonisch die Seite zu erreichen und telefonisch ging niemand ran und auf meine mails bekam ich keine Antwort. Ich hatte schon bezahlt und habe nach diesen paar Wochen über paypal eine Meldung gemacht und bekam dank paypal mein Geld sofort zurück. Nachdem ich mein Geld zurückbekommen habe kam komischerweise 1 Tag später eine Mail über den Versand der Schuhe:) Die Schuhe kamen an und waren gut, jedoch ist sowas nicht okey. Das man telefonisch und über mail niemanden erreichen kann ist für so eine Marke ganz komisch. Hätte sowas nicht erwartet. Hätte ich eine Meldung über paypal für mein Geld nicht gemacht, wären die Schuhen nicht versand worden;)

Bei den am 26.11.2025 gekauften Schuhen brach nach nur 6 Wochen das Fersenbett durch. DIe Schuhe können somit nicht mehr getragen werden. Auf meine Reklamation vom 22.01.2026 habe ich bis heute keine Nachricht erhalten. Dafür wird aber mein Postfach fast täglich von Werbungen bugatti shoes überfüllt

Ich kann überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, wo die schlechten Bewertungen herkommen. Ich kaufe jedes Jahr ungefähr 2 Paar Schuhe/ Stiefel von Bugatti und bin immer sehr zufrieden.
Erstens über das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Zweitens über die Qualität und
Drittens über die Leichtigkeit, mit der ich im Shop Käufe tätigen kann.
Ich kaufe immer meine Größe und die Schuhe sind jedes mal wie maßgeschneidert. Herrlich!

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. Habe 2 Paar Schuhe bestellt. Beide qualitativ hochwertig. Einer musste zurück,da wir uns für einen anderen entschieden haben. Die Rücksendung erfolgte problemlos. Die Rückerstattung war nach 48 Stunden! da. Daumen hoch!

Mooie schoenen om te zien maar van erbarmelijk slechte kwaliteit.
Leer is flinterdun en scheurt al na enkele dagen.

Very badly manufactured shoes I bought from them. After I wore them maybe 10 times, they start falling apart (the inner linen) and loads of Silicagel grains fell out (at the heels) - impossible to walk with ... After removing them alltogether awkwardly, which damaged the shoes quite a bit, I now can walk with them, but probably they won't last long. Contacted the (online) support of Bugatti - the refused any warranty since I bought the shoes in a shop (sales, before closing) and not online. Never ever Bugatti shoes ..!

Paid around £128 for a pair of Bugatti boots. They lasted 8 months before both soles leaked through wear and destroyed the leather. Two points - I have never been hard with any footwear as I am fairly lightweight and these boots were generally used over spring and summer and not every day. The leather appeared to be decent quality but the boot is let down very badly by the composition of the sole material which wore down unbelievably quickly. Lesson learned won’t ever buy Bugatti again.

Die Plakette an den Schnürsenkeln hat sich bereits nach zwei Tagen aufgelöst. Kein großer Verlust. Nach ca. 4 Monaten hat die Sohle begonnen, sich zu lösen. Alles in allem die schlechtesten Schuhe, die ich je besessen habe. Absolut minderwertig!

I bought a pair of shoes from the website, and not even a month after receiving them, the lining on one of the shoes broke.

Upon contacting customer service, i was asked to RETURN the faulty product, and offered a measly 15% off another pair of shoes.
So I am now left WITHOUT shoes, 100 EUR poorer, AND i have to go through the hassle of sending a package back to Germany with THEIR faulty product. I am shocked...

Terrible product and even worse service. Cannot recommend. There are WAY better options out there.

Hi, I placed an order in India at bugattishoes.in with order id BGTI3532 and received the items. I have two issues for which I have found no support from their customer service center. I have emailed and called them repeatedly.

1) I found the item small and initiated exchange/return. The item was not picked up as scheduled. When I called customer service they could not even locate by exchange request. They said they will initiate return request but they did nothing after disconnecting the phone. They did not even know they have a store in Indore (out of total 6 they have in India)

2) The coupon code received in email "EUROPE1928" did not work as promised. It only deducted 1000 Rs instead of 1928 as promised.

3) My wife registered and got the same coupon code that she tried to use for me son on a diff order. This code is now NOT working at all.

NOTHING WORKS. Returns, customer service, coupon codes they themselves send

Bugatti macht sehr schöne Schuhe in katastrophaler Qualität

Really liked the style of shoe. Comfort was good, size 11,I'm normally a 12. The trouble being the sole has come away from the upper in two places. Need to up the quality and durability big time.
