Luke and Jamie were very polite and engaged me before undertaking the colour match of my existing bricks. They used a sheet to cover up areas of the garage and cleaned up during and after the completion. The cracks are now gone and I am very pleased with the results

As we live in the Hinterland of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, some of the terrain is subject to landslips and subsidence. Our house had subsided around 80mm in one corner due to the February 2022 rain event. Buildfix, Queensland was the cheapest quote but more importantly they promised stability at a fixed price – no “we have quoted this amount but if we use more expanding foam fill, it will cost you extra”. The 2 man team (Kurt & Jordan) were fantastic. Not only did they pump more expanding foam fill in than they expected, they did not stop at just stabilising the subsoil foundations, they went the extra mile and lifted the building. Granted that they could not lift the building as much as we had all expected, but they talked to us through the process, explaining the pros and cons of continuing. Even though they had some issues during the day that delayed them completing the job in one day (as expected and quoted), they rebooked us in for another day to complete the job. As you may know, to return, the setup cost is a large proportion of the total job. The return job will be totally included in the original quote. Very professional, very dedicated and very well priced. I can certainly recommend them over any other operators in Queensland. Once they return to complete the job, I will update this review.

We had a substantial subsidence issue and Buildfix did a great job with the slab lift and restoring our property to a stable and level foundation. The people at Buildfix were great to deal with, From Matt who came out initially to explain the process to the guys on site, Alberto, Mike (and Jordan who came down from Sydney to help out), you guys did a great job. Very professional approach. We are very satisfied with the results.

We had a sunken concrete footing for the external stairs that needed repair. Curt and his team provided a great experience, guiding us through the whole repair process.
The result turned out great, I can recommend them.

The damp rising work completed by Buildfix to my property in Canberra was very thorough. The team were professional and easy to deal with. I was very happy with the end result.

The Buildfix process was professional from beginning to end. Their website provides useful information, and it is easy to book an assessment. The inspection is thorough and timely. The technicians are experienced, friendly and happy to answer all questions. The process is amazingly easy compared to traditional underpinning and can be completed in a day with minimal disruption. So far the works looks good.

Buildfix were great from day one! Substantial subsidence was assessed by Dale with short notice fit in with my busy schedule. I was provided with a comprehensive quote, accepted online and given a date and time not long after. On the day Jordan and Jack arrived on time, set up, got on with the job with great results, providing me with updates and were super informative throughout the whole process. They left the site clean. Fantastic, will use these guys again.
