From the initial site visit with Bruno explaining the process and taking all the measurements to the actual lift on the day with Kurt and Ryan it was all excellent. They achieved an 18mm lift closing up many of the cracks and can now close open and lock doors freely which we hadn't been able to do previously with the drop. Great price also compare with competitors. Very happy with result.

Buildfix was great to deal will from Bruno the assessor who inspected the job required advising the best way to proceed, to Kurt and Jared who carried out the work. Both Kurt and Jared were professional and kept me informed during the whole underpinning process. Kurt and Jared answered any questions I had in clear layman’s terms.

After realising that we had a crack in one of our external walls we called Buildfix to investigate. Buildfix engineer Bruno was able to inform us that a corner of the building had sunk about 15mm and the corner should be stabilised to avoid further damage. We agreed and a few days later Jared and Kurt arrived to inject the resin under our house foundations. Through the whole process we were kept informed as to what was happening and the result that they were trying to achieve. After a couple of hours they had finished the job with great results. Buildfix are a very efficient and helpful organisation to deal with. All the staff were great. I highly recommend them.

Buildfix came to do some subsidence repairs and then remortar/brick repair work on my home which had some sizeable cracks in the brickwork develop. I'm very pleased with the process - the house overall had a good lift and immediately noticeable result. The technicians were careful and thorough (big thanks to Alberto and the team!) The best part was the external wall crack repairs work by Damien - he did a fantastic job matching the mortar and repairing the cracks, it's actually impossible to tell any problems existed in the first place. Very pleased with the results overall and while expensive seems worth the money.

Both the tradesmen were professional and friendly. They arrived on time, explained the process, completed the repairs and cleaned up afterwards.

A fairly straightforward job to repair a fractured wall. The building engineer arrived on time and called prior to arrival. He was clear, polite and concise. He produced a scope of works in a timely manner accompanied with a projected price. I needed the job to be completed post-haste due to next door construction. Buildfix complied and sent 2 guys (from Sydney) to complete the work. It took a day, as promised. Absolute ripping blokes! They repaired the wall and cleaned the area once completed, adding a ten year warranty for the works.
I’ve had substantial works done with post-reno work, but these guys were absolutely outstanding. A rare find to deal with decent people and would not hesitate to recommend Buildfix. Thanks

Kurt and Jared did a great job lifting the rear of our 2 storey home. Got a big lift without damaging the house. Kept us informed throughout the lift. Work was fast, and they cleaned up the area when finished.
