We were very satisfied with Buildfix and their skilled tradesman. We used three Buildfix services to repair our inner west 1923 California Bungalow. The Buildfix crew’s work included foundation strengthening/subterranean gap filling, structural stabilisation and repointing and finally plastering. All services provided were high quality and with very good communication and courtesy. I definitely recommend Buildfix.

Buildfix worked on significant repairs at my house. Jamie and Luke were very professional and work was done to a high standard. The warranty on the works gives good peace of mind as well. Highly recommended.

Buildfix is a highly professional team that provides comprehensive assessment and inspection services. They meticulously check every corner of the house and clearly explain the entire repair process to me. The team is not only professional and efficient, responding to messages promptly, arriving on time, and completing the work as scheduled, but they also demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication skills. Before each visit, they call in advance to inform me of the exact time, allowing me to prepare accordingly.

Professional company from start to finish. Attended initial meeting on time, thoroughly assessed and recorded what would be needed. I went with Buildfix because they had excellent reviews online and price was competitive. Booked job and they arrived on time, took there time to set up correctly to insure job would be completed correctly and without causing any other issues. Jared was precise, kept me informed over the whole day of each step and results. They left the site clean. I felt that they respected my property and tried to achieve the best outcome. I was very pleased with the work completed and it’s put my mind at ease all the voids have been filled correctly.

The Buildfix team did a great job of both the subsidence repair and brickwork repairs and left the place clean and tidy. There were a couple of challenges that were resolved quickly and it will provide us some peace of mind in the coming years.

I have asked Buildfix to fix serious subsidence of my house in may. Because of their excellent work I asked Buildfix to fix the subsidence of my another house again. Matt's quote is very competitive and point out the reasons of the subsidence.

The quote also included to check all the services location and find out all leaks in drain pipes. Plumber Micle from Buildfix came first, he find out all the leaks in sewer and strom pipes, also cleaned and dredged the pipes using advanced professional tools. Micle is very attentive, professional, friendly and hard working.

Two Sams attended to fix the subsidence. They lifted the house 10mm in some place, they did more than what I have expected and solved all the subsidence problems. They are very professional, patient, skilled, polite and hard working!. I am very happy with the outcome of their jobs. Because of the Geopoly injection the foundation got a lot reinforcement, the house can stand another hundred years after their work.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Buildfix to anyone. Every aspect of their work is beyond my imagination. I was very impressed with Buildfix and have a hundred reassurance about the quality of their work. They are the best company I have ever seen! Good price, excellent work and enjoying being with them!

Jared and Kurt arrived on time and did a great job. Jared kept me up to date with the progress and they managed to get more lift than I was hoping for. In stifling humidity they completed the job in the timeframe they promised.

Really great service and quality at a reasonable price.

Judy and her team went out of their way to make the repair seamless and headache free. They even helped me with certain tasks that would have needed me to hire another handyman just so the repair can continue. They were flexible with the dates and courteous to the tenant I had who needed extra attention.

Staff were great from Admin supervisor to technicians. Explained process on site.
Completion report did not give enough evidence of work done, specific injection locations, new level information which would be needed for review of site condition in the future. Amount of injected material; comparison of amount per metre with other locations.

Kurt and Jared have only just left at 6:20pm after a long hot day in the sun hardly taking what any normal people would call a “lunch break” these guys weer professionals right from the start during the whole day all information was passed on as each new step started. They left the work site just as they found it and nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Would highly recommend the team at buildfix including the delightful one on one office staff. Great experience start to finish.

How good is it to find a company who does what they quote they will do?
Chris Brown was prompt with his detailed quotes. We had a sunken slab lifted 50mm and we had a badly cracked wall reinforced with the Helibar and structural grout. The guys did an amazing job and I would particularly mention Luke's work on the wall. He has such an eye for detail and was so careful with the installation and was extremely good in matching the pointing and repair cracks grout colour in a multi coloured sandstock wall. The crew were tidy and cleaned up everything each day.
The result has been amazing. The wall is now stronger than when built 60 years ago and there are no signs of the cracks. All that with a 20 year warranty.
One very satisfied customer. Thanks all round. A great company to deal with.

Excellent results and exceptional service experienced at every stage/ interactions with Buildfix. Starting with Matt who did the initial site inspection and organised the quotation, Michael who attended for preliminary assessment of the pipes and drains, and Sam & Brad who conducted the actual subsidence repair works.
Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, approachable, helpful, and genuinely lovely people to interact with. Additionally each member was also highly professional, meticulous, competent, careful, and highly motivated. It was obvious they were invested and took personal pride in obtaining the best outcome.
We are restoring an older home and couldn't be happier with the results. The scope of works was totally non-invasive. Some well concealed drill holes in the ground externally, and I'm confident that the house foundations are set for another 50+ years.
