I have been in property and construction all my professional life. These guys treated our home no different to how we would. Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived on time and took care to protect the spaces in which they were working and did a thorough clean up every day.

I just had an engineer come by and I was very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He helpfully identified the sources of our problems and explained it in a clear and logical manner. A very trustworthy and reliable business!

Efficient, pleasant tradespersons. Job looks good. Great price. Did exactly what they said they would do. No fuss.

Work was completed to a very high standard. Communication was clear and concise. Scheduled around or availability and needs which was amazing. I have a good experience with Buildfix in dealing with my house underpinning. The onsite investigations and quotation process is done with laser measurement equipment, and the structural engineer was very patient in answering all my questions. The proposal provided enough information on technical process, workmanship and warranty. On the injection day, Alberto was professional and engaging in the implementation process. Overall, I have a good experience with Buildfix.

BuildFix has been amazing from the very start, answering all my questions and concerns about my house's foundations and providing solutions that are within my budget. I can't recommend BuildFix highly enough! From start to finish, their service was outstanding. They came to my property to assess a subsidence issue, provided a detailed report, and walked me through finance options to make the process as smooth as possible. Once everything was set, they booked the job in quickly and completed it in one day after a secondary plumbing inspection.

The team communicated clearly at every stage, and their workmanship was top-notch. The results speak for themselves—high quality, professional, and efficient.

Some of the cracks in the house even compressed and we could instantly see the difference. Extreme care and calculation were taken out by Pedro and Quintin to make sure that everything, down to the stone bench in the kitchen was safe from cracking.

Shout out to Bruno as well the original engineer who came around to do the inspection and report. Excellent communication and took his time to explain everything to me.

One more shout out to Connor who booked in and came around to do the Underground service checking. Also taking me through what they found, including some smaller things that didn't have to do with the large problem but was worth fixing from my end.

I couldn't recommend them enough.

As a side note, another company I was going to engage wanted to charge me almost $4000 for a report that didn't include steps on fixing (that would cost more after the report). I found BuildFix and they came to do all the reports at no cost including the actual rectification steps included in the report.

Very professional company from initial contact requesting a quote, the structural engineer that assessed my property, to Kurt and Jake who injected the GeoPoly to stabilise soils and lift my home.
